I purchased a Tag watch for my son’s 21st which is 19 December, the order was placed 26 November so I thought there was plenty of time. I did not receive the watch until 31 December so ended up buying another and thought I would return the original. I sent numerous emails asking where the watch was but received no response and the phone number listed on their site was not in service. When I received the watch I compared it to the replacement watch and something didn’t look right. I used the qr code on the tag attached to the watch and it came up with the Amazon site showing ear buds not a watch. I took it to my local jeweller and he said the inside of the watch belonged to a Rado. I wrote a review on Trust Pilot and received a threatening letter from Watchlyx legal department telling me to take the post down or I would be prosecuted and this could result in a 500,000 dirham fine or imprisonment. I took the post down and contacted Tag directly. The customer service department said they were aware of the situation with Watchlyx and suggested I send the watch to them for “servicing” so a full analysis could be carried out. I received notification from Tag that the watch was counterfeit. I am now going to my bank and a solicitor with all the evidence I have to pursue this matter. After the experience I have had with this company I would strongly recommend caution.

To anyone who has bought a watch from them, first get an authentication from a reputable dealer, you may have to pay a small amount but it’s worth it. Take the evidence to your bank and get them to investigate it as a fraudulent payment as selling counterfeit goods both in the UK and UAE is ILLEGAL. If you have purchased counterfeit goods from this company you are a victim of crime.

Iam absolutely gutted that I didn't read these reviews before ordering a birthday present me to you emails saying lost no order paid with PayPal got a chance to get me money back 😢

.NO REFUND ...I bought a Tag Heuer watch for over £1000.00 in December 2025 . The 20th January 2026 i was informed that the courier had lost the watch , so as they couldn't supply the same model the order was cancelled . I received after this date fictitious refund information as well as emails that turned out to be rubbish . It is now the 3rd March 2026 and no refund received . I have instructed my Credit card company to reclaim the funds with all emails and paperwork from this company . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED , AVOID .

Before I start, I have to tell you that Watchlyx is a scam. Never buy anything from them! I am not saying this lightly. Just check the reviews on Trustpilot and other websites.
I purchased an expensive watch from Watchlyx. The price ($1,300) was too good to be believed, but I was misled by the statements "authentication guaranteed" and the return policy on the Watchlyx website. I waited one month to receive the watch. Finally, I received a cheap replica, which permeated water after the first swim. Tag Heuer concluded that it is a cheap copy, regardless that it had some attributes of an original TH watch. It had a serial number of a watch produced many years ago, and the warranty of the original watch with the same serial number has expired many years ago. After few days of owning the watch I returned it. One month after I returned the watch, the refund is still not issued. They probably do not have the intention to follow their stated return policy.
I think that Watchlyx tricks customers by selling them cheap rerlicas at the price of original items. Moreover, they seem to not have the watches at the time of the order. They receive the order and just after that they produce a cheap replica, which explains the time delays. The company pretends to be in London, but their address is a PO box. We with my lawyer are looking for other victims to file a class lawsuit

My Order #26743 They sold me a fake watch. This is a bogus company they sell fakes. I bought a Tag Heuer. It was broke when I received it so I sent it to Tag Heuer who told me it was not their watch but a counterfeit. I keep getting the round around for over a month from watchlyx.com that they are looking into to it. Nothing I was SCAMED paid $1100 for a $50 fake watch!!!!!

I order a watch and they didn't provide or found a solution to return the money back.

The costumer service is very bad, they justify always saying they didn't got the order, and after I present all documentation, confirmation mail, invoice, back status with the payment all mails changed... Etc.
They disconnect the site, no longer online, and stop replying to my mail request.
I lost 1070£
And the big issue is we don't have so much to base and report to correct authorities.

Fake company with AI-based customer support. I ordered a watch and can see the order in my account, including the tracking details. However, since it had not been dispatched, I contacted customer service.

The AI customer support agent claims there is no record of my order. When I provided the direct link from their own website showing the order details, the agent responded that it cannot access external websites.

This is highly suspicious and should be reported.

Guaranteed 100% authentic until you buy something then they can’t guarantee authenticity due to the way they source the watches. I ordered a watch in November as of 24th of February I still haven’t had a watch or my money back. After being ignored for weeks had to get my money back via the bank, which they decided to dispute a month later. Con artists peddling fake watches with lies and non existent customer service. 🤮

I had my watch sent off for a service after hearing bad things about this brand and it has been professionally verified as non-genuine by an Official TAG Heuer Service Centre. Upon submission for routine maintenance, the manufacturer issued a formal rejection notice stating the watch contains non-genuine parts and is not of authentic manufacture. As the item is 'not as described' and a counterfeit product.

This company is a joke. A scam. Don't believe the delivery date. My watch was delivered, but three weeks later, when I no longer needed it as it was supposed to be a birthday gift. When I tried to return it, I was informed I wouldn't receive a full refund due to a restock. I was given a PO Box address, but the courier couldn't return it to that address, so the watch was returned to me again. I tried to contact them but no response. Three months later, the company contacted me saying they saw in their system that the watch had been delivered three weeks ago and that I should check the safe areas around the house and ask my neighbors... Joke...

My experience with Watchlyx was unfortunately very disappointing and stressful.
I purchased a Tag Heuer Aquaracer (WAY111C.BA0928) on 23/11/2025 for €878.86, paid via Apple Pay. The website stated standard processing within 24–72 hours and delivery within approximately 8–10 business days. However, the order was never properly shipped within that timeframe.

Initially, I was provided with a tracking number that was invalid and did not exist in DHL or PostNord systems, despite these being the carriers listed on their website. Communication was slow and unclear, and my emails were often unanswered.

Only after I initiated a formal dispute with my bank did the seller suddenly attempt a delayed shipment to a pickup point, well beyond the agreed delivery period. This raised further concerns about transparency and business practices.

Since the product was not delivered within the agreed timeframe and the shipping information provided was unreliable, I had to open a chargeback through my bank. After investigation, the dispute was resolved in my favor and the refund was made definitive.

This was an unnecessarily stressful process for what should have been a straightforward purchase. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this website

I wish I looked at reviews before buying from this company. My experience from start to finish has been awful. The reason I’m writing this email is so customers Dont make the same mistake I did and not look at reviews before buying. I bought a watch I bought a tag watch which cost me 1188.00 My watch arrived via Royal Mail. I didn’t need to sign for this it was left outside. This is a red flag that it wasn’t a signed delivery. Once receiving the watch I had my reservations straight away the box the watch and a QR code that was in the box which should take me to the TAG website which it didn’t. I then took the watch to a TAG specialist who informed me that they had plenty of customers from this website who also was wanting to know the authenticity of there watches. The specialist said the box wasn’t the correct box and details on the watch its self. She said she could take the battery out for 95 pound which would tell me if this was a copy. I spoke to Emily at Watchlyx and I said the TAG specialist could verify if the watch was fake or not. Emily response floored me, she said just return it. This told me everything about this company. I told Emily that I was worried that I was going to be deducted money for re-stocking fee. Emily informed me not to worry. I sent back the watch which cost me nearly 30 pound as it came to me. Low and behold they deducted 118 pound for re-shocking fee. I have informed this company I will be taking this company to a small claims court for the re-stocking fee and my other losses. I have proof of all our conversation etc. This company needs shutting down.

There watches are all clones 💯 clones do not buy a watch from this company if your wanting a genuine watch they sent me a fake tag you

You certainly did sell me a fake tag I have the watch I have the response from tag heuer I have the response from chrono 24 and I have other valid reports on the watch being a clone you charged me £869 for a tag formula one and took 6 weeks to deliver it then delivered me a cloned watch and charged my credit card £869 I gave the recipiet for it

I DO NOT HAVE THE REFERENCE NUMBER I PURCHASED A TAG FORMULA ONE CLONE YOU SOLD ME FOR £869 I Have the proof of payment on my credit card statement I have the watch chrono 24 have told me it’s a clone tag have told me it’s a clone it has the serial number from a 2020 model which I still have the box the watch everything you sent me including the proof from tag that the warranty is from a 2020 model and is no longer in date so why would a watch I purchased in 2025 have a 2020 model warranty I also have been speaking to Joel in your company about my case being escalated to some specialist team I have all the relevant info about your watch being fake I have the proof of you charging me £869 on my credit card statement so to respond saying you have no record is lies 30th. Shocking experience ordered a watch for Christmas present took several weeks to arrive when it arrived 2 days before Xmas it was broken inside the face of watch it was spinning round !
Whole hassle to return they have had the return since beginning of January and I’m still waiting on my refund! Save your self hassle don’t buy from this website rip off then have the cheek to say they have no record of my order how convenient check back on the 100 emails I’ve sent 😡# 25961
