Do not deal with this company. Bought two watches as a Birthday gift in November as they hadn’t arrived and I couldn’t get a response I opened a dispute with my bank. I then received the watches that seemed a very poor quality. I cancelled the dispute with my bank and returned both watches that were then sent straight back to me with them saying the dispute was still open. I’m now stuck with two watches that are fake and I can’t return. Avoid at all costs.

I waited over a month for my order which was meant for an xmas gift, ordered 5 December but it didnt arrive until almost 2 weeks into January. I sent an email asking for a refund before xmas so I could find another gift. I had to spend more to get something for my partner which was minimal as I had spent my xmas budget on this comany. No response until today 19th February - almost 2 months later and they had the cheek to ask me to return it if there is a problem with the product. No the problem is not the product its the business. Very poor. They now say they have escalated my complaint. This will take another month or two I suspect with no outcome. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

First order experience was fantastic. The timepiece feels high quality and stylish.

Absolute no regards for customer service , please to avoid disappointment DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company should come with a consumer warning of DO NOT USE

I had a great experience with Watchlyx.
I bought a TAG Formula One. Took 18 days to get to Australia which is expected timeframe. The watch and boxing was absolutely perfect. About halfway through the wait I emailed the company to ask for an update and they responded within about one hour with an update, very friendly and professional, very quick response. All in all a great experience and will definitely buy again.

I had a great experience with Watchlyx. Definitely panicked after placing my order for not an inconsequential amount after reading the reviews and suspicion of fake watches. There was not much option for me after that point so, had to wait it out. I was frequently updated by Watchlyx on the progress of my order, a Tag Heuer Carrera which, much to my surprise was received in 3 weeks. The watch came in a box, warranty, retail bag and all the supporting documents. I immediately registered the watch on Tag Heuer with no issues at all. To say it was a relief is an understatement but the best advice I can give is to be patient. I will likely buy off Watchlyx again. Dream watch for a great price and at least in my circumstances I can confirm authenticity.

I am giving one star as it is not possible to give 0. The experience with watchlyx has been so terrible that I am struggling to find a word to properly describe it except for a 'true scam'. I have placed an order on January 6th and still not received it after 6 weeks- which is truly ridiculous. But what's worse is their customer experience; I have chased them multiple times to follow up on my order, and keep being told that it is on the way and to patiently wait for a parcel that has apparently being stuck at customs for 6 weeks. I have an email correspondence of 21 emails with them, which always end up with me being told I will be contacted by the appropriate team (which never happens). My parcel has clearly exceeded their 21 days lost item policy but I am being denied a refund. This is literally a scam - do not use this site if you don't want to be robbed.

If I could give a "0" I would. Purchased a Tag for my wife for Christmas. I purchased it on 12/4/2025. I received the watch on 2/11/2026. Couldn't call anyone,just email a general customer service email with an AI Bot reply. When I received the watch it was laughable...not even a good counterfeit! If you're reading this: STAY AWAY!!!

I bought the above watch from Watchlyx on 5 Jan 2026 and it took ages to arrive to me (delivered on 6 Feb 2026) with crappy tracking which I kept complaining and messaging them about, but they just sent me two e-mails confirming the watch was on its way to me!
I then raised a case on PayPal and after a week, the case was dismissed as the watch had arrived.
As I waited for the watch, I read a lot about Watchlyx and the negative reviews which made me doubt the watch was authentic, so as soon as I got it, I started investigating it with a microscope lens and started to make comparisons, but it looked too good to be fake.
I then registered it on the Tag Heuer website, but it stated the watch was bought in 2018 and the official warranty had expired in 2020. This contradicts that the watch was a New Store Display timepiece!
So I started doubting again and I weighed the watch as it was titanium, and the weight was very close the official weight of ~95g (mine weighed 98g).
I then started to compare the engraving on the back of the watch to other watches of the same model I saw on Chrono24 and eBay and they looked similar but all had some differences. It turned out that engraving on titanium is a challenge and some watches will slightly differ from others. The dial was perfect and the writing (font) was all aligned and identical to the other photos I saw. The movement was smooth and almost flawless.
Finally, I took it to the Tag Heuer dealer service center and they were kind enough to get their watchmaker to check it and he confirmed it was authentic and unworn.
I don't know what rating to give Watchlyex?! On one hand, the watch was an absolute bargain and it turned out to be authentic. On the other, it took ages to be delivered and the feedback from customer service was slow and not supportive and the watch was not "new" as stated, but it was unworn.
I would give a 3.5 rating, but Trust-pilot only accepts either 3 or 4 stars.

I think the customer service is really really poor. You really need to work on getting back to the customers after taking so much money.
I raised a dispute with my bank who will be refunding me my money as this site can not be trusted. I no longer want the watch offer number 33496. If it gets delivered I’m happy enough to send it back.

My partner ordered my watch in the Christmas period roughly 13th December. It was estimated to be delivered by 30th December. It does say on the website that items shipped to the UK would be up to 3 weeks. We contacted customer service after seeing many negative reviews on here and we were assured it has been despatched would arrive on time. It arrived on 2nd January. I was happy with my order. The wait was a pain but it arrived with no problem!

The website stated delivery would take 5–10 days, but my order took over 5 weeks (4-5 weeks) to arrive. During that time, I repeatedly tried to contact the company through email, phone calls, and the contact form on their website. I did not receive responses to my messages, and it was extremely frustrating not being able to get any updates.

I ordered an expensive Tag Heuer Carrera watch, and when it finally arrived, I was concerned about the overall quality and finishing of the watch, as it did not meet my expectations for a luxury timepiece in this price range.

Customer service was extremely poor in my experience. Communication was minimal, and resolving concerns felt unnecessarily difficult.

Shy (apparently the founder) sent two emails to keep you hoping for your delivery, but he never replied back to your emails or enquiries. I started the return process but Shy or the customer service never got back to me.

I would strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution, especially regarding delivery timeline's, communication standard and the quality or authenticity of the luxury watches that they are apparently selling.

Absolutely appalling sham of a company. My partner had ordered me a watch for Christmas not only did it arrive late, when I opened the box the 50th minute line had come off of the watch face and was sitting on the glass. My partner emailed them with photos several times and received no contact. I then emailed with photos, explaining that my partner had received no help. I’ve been given the run around and am still yet to be given a way of returning, as when attempted through the returns portal it states the return window has past. This wouldn’t have been the case if they had replied in the first place.Still several emails later to be told by Emily “we will look into this”. There is nothing to look into, the watch is faulty and not fit for purpose.

What a bunch of scammers! Do not deal with this company. No watch arrived, when I complained to the credit company Affirm they opened a dispute after 4 weeks of nothing. Almost immediately I had a message the watch was dispatched, they then tried to take the FULl balance from account. This was unsuccessful, they then immediately sent a message that they were not able to deliver to my address! Unbelievable but all good now Affirm agreed with me and no payments have been made, whole order cancelled, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

This is now 5 weeks waiting for the watch. I received an email after 2 weeks saying they apologise but the courier has reported the package as missing and to pick another watch. My next reply was that the watch was no longer lost and was just delayed.

3 weeks later, I have now asked my bank to recall the payment

ordered a watch mid december as a Xmas present. delivered mid Janauary and left outside my gate on the road and subsiquently disapeared ( supposed to be left in a safe place) i paid insurance for this as it was £825 and Watchlyx seem to have washed thier hands of it. sent them the Police crime number and the Royal mail ref for the disapearance. no response just emails asking how my purchase was. these are not to be trusted at all, i wish i had read the reviews before i ordered. DO NOT TRUST THEM

I placed an order on the 11th of December, and was told that the order would be dispatched in 1-3 days. I got a note on the 16th informing me that the watch had left the warehouse. After no updates for 2 weeks, I received an email on the 29th of December, letting me know that it was out for delivery.

However, later that day I got an email from Watchlyx themselves telling me that my order had an exception, and told me to contact Royal Mail. Upon contacting Royal Mail, I was told the address was incorrect, and redirected again to Watchlyx .

I sent two emails to Watchlyx, on the 29th of December itself, and the 4th of Jan, with radio silence. This is when it started to get suspicious - I had put the earlier delays down to the holidays season. Upon checking the order status again, it said it was out for delivery once again. On the 20th of Jan, I reached out once more to Watchlyx, asking for the status and for a refund if they could not provide one.

I finally got a reply, with nothing even close to an apology, that just told me that Royal Mail had an issue once again. There was no further explanation, aside from asking me to confirm my email, which they had not seen a reason to do for a month since the last failed delivery.

I sent an email back asking to cancel the order and for a refund, and have not heard since. Fortunately I had made the purchase on my credit card and have managed to receive the money back after disputing the charge.

Tissot watch. Awful.. do not buy from this company. Warranty is not manufacturer warranty (Red flag1). Official Tissot web site won’t recognise watch (Red flag2). No stamps on paperwork or card (Red flag3). Now states it’s ex display but not advertised as such (Red flag 4). Watch was due to come from Germany but has been repackaged at Heathrow (red flag 5). Tried to return it’s impossible as they state you need an RMA number but won’t give you one asked multiple times (Red flag 6). Won’t give return address (Red flag 7). Been trying to return it for weeks. Have now resorted to charge back with the bank. I have serious concerns of the authenticity of the watch based on all of the above.

I wish I had read these reviews before using this company, but please do yourself a favour and choose another provider. Be it the quality of product, the timeframe for delivery or the fact I am now some 3 weeks since requesting my refund without payment. This company will let you down. Buy cheap buy twice comes to mind. Now having to investigate my claim with my credit card company.
