I cant describe how happy I am with my bike 100 mile version....Built really well and looks sooo good on the road. Had some nice extras which add to the experience.... The customer service has been second to none....email response....personal contact...cant be faulted. Crystal has been great every step of the way and has treated me with respect....i wish all at wau all the very best and look forward to seeing further products in the future and growth of the brand.

This bike it's amazing, I had a 100 miles battery and on mountain terrain it's doing 60 miles with no issue on full engine mode, GPS location it's perfect, alarm from remote, brake lights and indicators just what you need to safety travel.

Color screen is a better option, and also mouldguards.

I researched E-bikes for a while before stumbling across WAU bikes. All the reviews and videos convinced me that WAU was the one for me, so I took the plunge and ordered one. Everything about the bike is awesome, and compared to any other E-bike of a similar price bracket it just blows them away, mostly as this was purely designed as an e-bike first. The range is amazing, and the lights are just awesome, definitely make me feel safer knowing cars can see me braking and indicating. Dont get me started on how wonderful the customer service is, think Concierge at the Ritz and your coming close to what Crystal and the team at WAU provide. If you want the best E-bike out there look no further than WAU.

The WAU bike is my second electric bike. My first bike was a Halfords Carrera which is not a bad bike for the money, but I never got more than 34 miles of range out of a charge, and I had an intermittent problem with the motor cutting out. So I started looking at alternatives and the WAU bike stood out for me, for range, battery size, lighting system including rear lights, brake lights, indicator lights, a loud remote alarm system and GPS tracking. So I contacted WAU via the website and arranged a test ride in Nottingham.
Crystal (joint owner) was there to greet me with the bike and off I went for a test ride. Super impressed straight away. Plenty of power and felt well balanced. My only gripe was the saddle which was too hard for me. However there is a comfortable sprung alternative which I ordered plus the colour display, mudguards and rear carrier.
The bike arrived in a box 95% assembled and was ready to go in 20 minutes. I had to make a few minor adjustments to suit my style of riding, but once completed off I went. There are videos on youtube which show you how to assemble the bike, but if you have any queries then as other people have said Crystal is there ready to help, and she couldn't be more helpful.
She is always happy to talk you through anything you need.
I have now done over 800 miles on the bike and am delighted with it. I ride it on the max setting and still get over 50 miles of range.
Can't recommend WAU more.

Since I bought my WAU bike I never have any problem riding it. I had a small issue and contacted them and problem sorted even tho we did it over the phone. The team absolutely helpful and professional and Highly recommend WAU Bike if you want to get an electric bike. Again I have to give a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ to the team and service the provide me so far. I'm extremely impressed with both my bike and the service received from WAU themselves.

There was a tiny, but crucial piece missing from my bike and, when contacted they immediately dispatched the piece with apologies. They also suggested that if I couldn't wait for delivery that they would reimburse me the cost if I bought one myself! Although I was disappointed to have to wait a couple of days to use my bike, I can't fault the communication and service. Reading other reviews had shown me that this appears to be central and paramount to the WAU philosophy, and they certainly deliver.

Now, my bike. I have honestly never ridden anything like it. This was my first step into the world of e-bikes and I'm glad I went for WAU rather than any of my other options. The motor kicks in with an amazing boost that doesn't make you feel out of control but it does take the work away from your legs, especially up hills and through headwinds. I recently rode through a gale force headwind at 25kph and it felt like I was going down a slight incline!

Due to the bike itself being surprisingly light and agile, I've been able to get nearly 2 weeks of commuting to and from work on a single charge. I'm finding that, as well as hills and headwind, the motor is boosting me up to speed and I'm then able to cruise along faster than I normally would with no need for assistance.
When you couple in the extra features such as brake lights, running lights, indicators, and that INSANELY bright front light, you feel confident that you are seen by other road users. To be fair, a WAU bike is certainly a head Turner - it's like riding KITT from Knight Rider.

I'm also very thankful for the upgraded braking system on my bike as it, and I don't say this lightly, saved my life when a confused older driver decided to accelerate towards me on the wrong side of the road. Had I not been able to swerve and stop on a sixpence, I would have been through his windscreen.

All in all, I'm super happy with this bike and would recommend to anyone.

Had my wau ebike for a while now . Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Everyone is blown away by the features and styling.i bought it to try and improve the pain i get from osteoarthritis of the hips as the doctors have given up . It gives you the assistance you need to get a bit of fitness back and has improved my pain no end .so droo the docs and buy a wau .im 57 by the way lol

As a Diabetic I needed to get out and do more exercise so I decided that I would commute into work on a E bike and ditch the car.

After quite a bit of looking around I had set my sights on a ‘fat tyre’ E bike.

I then by chance saw a WAU bike on YouTube so had a look at the video.

Well after the video and several others I decided that it was a WAU bike for me!!

And I can honestly say I’m no disappointed with the bike.

To actually be out on my bike with a big smile due to the performance is exactly what I wanted.

So many work colleagues have made very positive remarks about the styling and features of the bike.

The only fault that I could possible point out is the indicator switch on the handle bars, you don’t actually know or realise what position your indicator switch is in,

Other than that it’s a top quality well built bike.

I own WAU bike for quite a while now - it blows my old e-bike out of the water: design, build quality, battery life and whole riding experience is in next level.
Same can be said by WAU team - quick and professional response to all requests.

This bike definitely has the WAU factor, I have had my bike for over a month now and I have put off writing a review until I have done a few miles to see if anything broke or needed replaced and over 400 miles later nothing has broke or worn down and the bike rides as smooth as it did the day I received it.

I have had a few ebikes but none have really given me the distance and power at the same time until I came across the WAU bike, the bike rides smooth and gear changes effortlessly, the rear hub motor is my preferred motor after having a bike with front hub and another bike with mid drive you definitely feel the benefit of the rear hub motor.

The rear lights are fantastic and the good thing is you don't need to keep charging them as they run off the electrics within the bike, the stop lights are very useful for letting traffic behind me know I am breaking also handy having indicators too.
The front light however is too bright on my eyes and is not connected to the electrics of the bike but I have two lights and have attatched them to the front forks and put a strong beamed light on the handlebars... I think the developers need to put a decent front beam light attached to the electrics on future models.

The three step security system is second to none... on the upgraded colour display it has a setting which you can turn on the passcode so as you need to enter the pin code to turn the bike on which is a great feature.
The alarm system is just like having a car alarm on your bike, it reacts to any movement on the stationary bike and is quite loud which I would suspect it would quickly scare off any potential thief... the alarm is activated via a key fob just like the key fob on a car.
Another cool security feature is the tracking device that comes with the bike, you just put a sim card in it and download the app and connect the app to the tracker and you can track the bikes movement in real time and also alerts you on your phone if any vibration is detected.

The service you get from the company is second to none too! I have never been so happy about communications from a company like WAU, every question I have asked has been promptly answered and in depth. You aren't dealing with customer services, you are actually dealing with the CEO's of the company and I guarantee they will bend over backwards to satisfy every need you have. I personally dealt with Crystal and believe every company should have a Crystal on their team!

Overall I am extremely delighted with my WAU bike and would highly recommend anyone thinking about an ebike to at least consider the WAU ebike when searching for an ebike, trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Iam a lucky WAUBIKE customer. The bike is the coolest one. Unfortually my back rear motor broke. After contacting the support we found a peferct solution. Crystal was the whole time available. Perfect service in a Corona Time - WOW this is the WAU Feeling.

I own my WAU bike over one year now

The truth is..I do tend to leave my home for work as late as physically possible. However, now, instead of every morning taking my car (minimum 1-hour drive one way), or the underground (50+min) or my normal bike (40min + death to legs), I finally learned that 2-wheel electric with all built in security is by far the most reliable way forward. In UNDER 20MIN I am at work.

Long story short, when I jump on my WAU bike = no traffic queues, no petrol stations, no parking/tickets, no underground rush, no sweat.
From A to B in 20min. Never late again.

I use to have an e-bike before my WAU purchase, but now I know that NOT all electric bikes are made equal. Yes - I don't like 5% of the bike, but I LOVE 95% of it. Sounds like a good deal for me if I don't get 5% to get my way!

I purchased mine a month ago and it's honestly the best purchase I have made for my commute! It's very aesthetic and certainly a head-turner. Very impressed with the range also!

I've been commuting to work on my bike for years and I can genuinely say that the WAU bike has increased my speed, safety and overall energy for my day at work. It's a great bike and well worth every penny!

Its a good bike, but not as they promised how it would be. there is alot of work to do.
I cannot register my bike street legal because of paperwork.

Update:
Spokes broke in full speed, near death crash. Bike needs many repairs. I have another bike 5 years older then WauBike. WauBike needs 95% more repairs then the other one.
Tires are not as promised. After a few years i made the decision not to recommend this bike.
Doesnt mean Crystal and Linas arent nice. 😘
