Great Comms to start off when placing my order was advised couple of items were out of stock and would be sent later., Have not communicated with me since. One piece arrived unexpected yesterday another still outstanding.
Construction most on the internet, but not so straight forward the suspension seat required me to go to a workshop to get adjusted as the clamp rails were too wide apart to fit secure in clamp.
Positive is the bike is great once it's built easy to use, nice visability, Wau just need to work on Comms, less sale emails more customer relevant emails.

I'm genuinely in love with my Wau Bike. It has got me out and cheered me up, even in bad weather, so many times during lockdown. It's beautifully built and designed, has real power and perfect balance, and is both easy cycling and a good workout (because you go for much longer adventures than you would on a normal bike). Only thing I'd add is something to tell you you've left your indicator on! Small criticism and honestly my only one. I couldn't love the bike more.

Very happy with my purchase at WAU and the WAU team is extremely helpful. People keep asking and stopping my ride to take photos, the rear lights are definitely the topic starter. Get it if you can afford it, the range, look and style beats my last 3 ebikes without a doubt!

Great customer service from before order and after getting my bike! speedy delivery and well packed, easy to assemble following the youtube video instructions, bike is solid and built to a high standard 100 mile range is very good for my needs as a food delivery courier, opted in for the duel suspension saddle and its super comfortable! lights are easy to operate and everything is very user friendly! Overall happy i went with WAU as they actually care about the quality of their product and also the customer experience!

Amazing ebike and Top tier customer service. Any issues? Just send them a quick email and they get back to you within a reason amount of time. The bike feels steady on the road and checks all the boxes. Only advice to the customer will be to get the upgraded seat if you plan on using the bike a lot and advice to company will be indicators on the front of the bike. I couldn’t be happier with the bike, amazing stuff buy the wau team. 10/10

I bought my ex-demo 500 watt WAU bike a few months ago and am generally very pleased with my purchase and am enjoying riding this powerful bike. There were some issues, such as broken bits during transit, but they were resolved quickly by the friendly people from WAU bike. The motor power consumption indicator on the display is still not working despite sending it back - this is a minor problem and I have decided to live with it. The rest of the display incl. battery charge and speed indicators is working fine.
Having had hydraulic brakes on my previous e-bike, I decided to upgrade the WAU bike, which came with mechanical brakes. I'm sure WAU will offer this in the future as standard, as the 500w bike definitely needs powerful, responsive brakes. The kickstand was flimsy and I quickly replaced it for the better quality one saved from my previous bike. I am 6ft3 and the one-fits-all frame is a little bit small for me, although I am managing fine with max. seat post extension and a handlebar stem extender.
The headlight works fine but is fiddly to operate - I would prefer it if it was wired into the system and came on together with the excellent rear lights.
It is the cool design and rear lights that really set this bike apart from others on the market.

I recently bought this Bike after watching some amazing reviews on youtube, and I was blown away So I managed to get the 40 mile version on sale for £1600 ( usually £2300 ) I ordered it on the Friday and it arrived Monday Morning !! there was no paper/PDF manuals so I was emailed a link to watch the setup on youtube. to me it looks the bike has had an upgrade, in the box there was a screwdriver, 3 allen keys and a spanner , NONE of the allen keys fitted the handlebar stem, I put the bike together and charged the battery now onto the GPS. On their website there is no information that you need to buy your own sim-card or which App you need to use, after Speaking with WAU via instagram ( excellent customer service btw ) the app that I need to use is 'Wanway Track' and not the WAU app that I installed, Soo Im writing this review after owning/riding this for two weeks and its an amazing. I did a real-world distance test and on the 40mile Battery I actually did 27Miles mostley in 3rd gear!. what I would have like to have seen would be downloadable manuals/PDF's on the Setup/The GPS~APP/and all the functions of the LCD screen as you can actually increase the top speed via the screen, So overall this is an amazing ride ( I use it to get to work approx 40miles per week ) and I've been getting sooo many great comments about the bike. even my work collegues have had a go and are impressed.

excellent bike! i am an ubereats/ deliveroo rider. its riding very smooth and fast. the range is amazing. i can work 2 days with one charge. very happy with the purchase. its worth the money.

Also, their after sales is second to none. They don't just sell you the bike and forget about it. Any problems and they are really keen to help you resolve it. I had a problem with the colour display. Once they saw a video of what the issue was they replaced it, no questions asked. And they even sent with it a small bag of maltesers. They must have known I am a chocoholic, lol. It definitely feels like they care that you have a good experience with their bike. You feel like part of a family. The Waubike family 🤗🤗.

4 months on, the only thing I had to change was my rear tire once and everything else runs extremely well. As the day gets shorter, my rear lights are getting brighter and brighter, I am extremely happy with my purchase. Again thank you so much WAU Bike, absolutely beautiful bike.

After working in Customer services for 9 years I am well versed in putting the customer first and providing the best customer centric journey possible.

I spent 6 months reasearching and contemplating getting an ebike after becoming an escooter owner last year and cycling to work and for fun now for over 30 years.

A reliable ebike is very important to me as I am now a key worker, cycling to work every day after giving up on public transport a long time ago.

After watching endless videos on YouTube and visiting local suppliers, including the store I purchased my last hardtail bike from, I ended up no closer to getting my ebike plus I did'nt fancy getting one made in Asia after hearing some awful stories about frames snapping and motors blowing up.

My research and patience eventually paid off when watching a video on YouTube I caught a glimpse of the WAU bike and thought it looked aesthetically pleasing. Assuming it would be something I'd have to order in from overseas I forgot about it.. until last week.

My search was on to find the perfect ebike but this time I searched reviews from those who had purchased ebikes in the UK and searched for UK manufacturers.

This is when I came across the numerous satisfied customer reviews and some of the most positive comments about a business i've seen (and ive worked in regulated insurance so seen plenty of customer reviews).

The company was not only based in the UK but based in the same city I live in which blew me away as the thought of being able to see and feel my ebike before buying and the possibility of a test drive made me do a little dance with joy.

With a smile plastered across my face I read how Crystal at WAU bike had provided a great journey for many satisfied customers and had delivered great customer service too. I read on and the smile grew across my face seeing yet again the most aesthetic ebike I've ever Googled.

It was love at first sight and the ease of access using the website, adding additional components and accessories aided me in making possibly the largest online purchase i have ever made to date that very same day.

I made my request and placed my order a day before my birthday and had a phone conversation to arrange collection which was 3 days later.

I immediately knew I was speaking with Crystal over the phone as she made me feel important, she was polite, professional and i could hear her smile throughout the conversation.

The order went through smoothly and I was kept in the loop with some nice 'tailored' emails from the team at WAU bike, with personal touches welcoming me to the WAU family. I also received pdf manuals and links for 'how to' videos starring Crystal herself.

Crystal kept in touch with me to make the collection seamless and having assembled my new ebike, added the additional mudguards etc which I thought was a great touch they were there to offer a demonstration and to answer any questions before waving me off with a smile.

Thank you so much for my WAU bike, the care and attention you have shown from start to finish and I do appreciate the chocolates that were in my accessories box.

I honestly can't remember the last time I've had customer service like this and to top it off I now have the WAU bike..WAU.

From the look, feel and the acceleration WAU. The front light supplied is the brightest led light ive ever come across.

Im so happy with this bike and I'm glad I got the 100 mile range version as I plan to ride to the coast very soon.
