I was really disappointed with my recent purchase from Whistles. I ordered a pair of trousers using next-day delivery because I needed them for my holiday, only for them to arrive with the stitching already coming undone at the back.
I contacted customer services to explain the situation and that I specifically needed them for my trip, but all I received was a generic response telling me to send them back. There was no attempt to offer an alternative solution or show any understanding of the inconvenience caused.
I always considered Whistles to be a luxury brand with high-quality products and customer service to match, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. Poor quality control and disappointing customer service mean I won't be rushing to shop here again.

Both staff were very helpful and friendly, I got exactly what I wanted - only meant to buy one pair of petite barrel legged line trousers, came home with two pairs, definitely a happy shopper.

5* help at Broadgate Whistles
I went to the Broadgate Whistles and had the best help from the SA who I think was also the store manager. I came looking for an outfit for a specific occasion and she sorted me out! She gave me guidance and options and followed-up with me throughout. I walked away very happy with my purchases and was super happy with the outfit for my event.

What has happened to Whistles customer…
What has happened to Whistles customer service. No longer able to call on the telephone, live chat long queues and still doesn't resolve issues and email takes 3-5 days to respond!
Had delayed order that then tried to cancel and was told it was and a refund on way.
5 days later no refund and live chat says now dispatched.
Assured me they would cancel delivery which has not been done. Will now need to return, try and get shipping costs refunded and spend more time trying to sort this out.
Appalling customer service! Exhausted with whole thing. Do not buy from this company online.
Glad someone from Whistles replied to my review but clearly not read it! Problem is you can’t get help from their so called dedicated customer service team! Would have been better for them to say someone will get in touch to sort this for you!

The dress was sold out online but managed to see it was in stock at the Manchester store. The assistant was so helpful and my parcel was delivered the very next day. First rate service!
