Great product and cut to size for our new baking trays. We moved to a new home without an Aga but having cooked with Aga for nearly 20 years, know this is a great product.

Good quality product speedy delivery

A little slow on resolving my problem and we still aren’t quite there but e-mails from various members of staff are generally friendly but professional. I’m reasonable confident my kettle will be replaced under the guarantee but, as I say, we are still in the process of that.

Exactly what I wanted to replace a worn out sauté pan. Right size and weight and my old lid fits it too.

Lovely website and easy purchase with quick delivery

Unfortunately the whistle didn’t fit my kettle .. it was too small. I bought my kettle some years ago and I guess it has changed since then. I bought it in 2000! If there is a whistle that would fit that model I would be interested to hear.

Great quality product could do with a bit more of a description but otherwise great colours very happy overall.

I bought a cast-iron frying pan many years ago. Recently, the knob on the lid broke, leaving sharp edges and making it dangerous to use.

I contacted AGA because cast iron has a lifetime guarantee. However, AGA informed me that my pan is discontinued and that it was not covered by warranty, despite AGA’s website stating that cast iron has a lifetime guarantee.

As a lifelong AGA customer, I am very disappointed with the service I received.

Despite being provided with the correct delivery address the order was dispatched to an incomplete address and was not received. Oddly ‘Parcel Force’ were able to inform me by mail (to the correct address) that they were unable to deliver the item as the address provided was incomplete!

I always buy these pot holders. This is a new design being circular but just as good quality. Delivered ahead of schedule so very pleased.
