I visited the Aga shop in Hebden Bridge as I saw the biscuit tin in the window. It was the wrong colour for me but the shop assistant was extremely helpful and found me a cream one online. I ordered it immediately and it arrived within a few days. It’s perfect.

Received a timely email from AGA on Sept 15, 2026 days after my online purchase (agacookshop.com) informing me that due to security reasons, AGA could not fulfill my my purchase. (I think Likely due to my having the product, a gift, to sent to a name and address other than my own.). AGA would refund my payment within 5to7 business days. After two weeks, still no refund and to date no further response from AGA after my follow up.

Wide based AGA pan - he’s very pleased by it and it has been much admired.

Replaced existing 24cm pan which was probably >6 years old with new one

A pan that I had had for over 10 years had started to perish on the base. I contacted AGA and requested a replacement, given that it was guaranteed for 25 years. AGA honoured the guarantee and replaced the pan, without question - despite the fact I was unable to show proof of purchase from all those years ago!

My tray arrived very quickly and was well packed. I love the AGA products as they are very good quality. I will not be putting this one in the dishwasher as my last one was ruined by doing so.

Fantastic customer service. The cookware lifetime guarantee really is excellent. No quibbles or awkward questions. The Aga team simply replaced my faulting pan and did it very quickly as well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I bought 4 oven gauntlets (note that they don't come in pairs but are sold individually). One pair dark blue, one hare pattern - both very attractive. I know from experience that these are the only way to really protect your hands and arms when cooking in a hot oven and are durable and OK to wash. I also purchased 2 hare pattern tea towels. These looked great and, again, I know from experience, will be long lasting.

Fantastic casserole dish. My daughter moved house that day and cooked her supper on her new induction hob with her new pan. She’s delighted with it 😁

The software to purchase on an international credit card with delivery to a UK address would not allow to enter the international country on the payment. Had to circumvent by using PayPal.

Customer Service were very helpful and efficient. The 22cm stainless saucepan is well made and also looks good. I am very pleased with it and would recommend it. Delivery was quick and well packaged.

Good company but the kettle whistle i purchased was faulty. Spring was twisted. Loose in kettle and not holding the whistle pressure

Terrible refund experience. I was repeatedly told my refund had been processed, but it never arrived. In the end, I had to go to my bank, who are now dealing with AGA directly. Extremely disappointed and feel completely misled. Not the level of service I expected.
