The long wait
The kettle whistle eventually arrived after we had a notification that they were back in stock after nearly three months of being without one.. The replacement is a lot easier to insert and remove but only whistles for a few seconds, our previous one used to whistle until someone took ithe kettle off the heat.

Excellent pan
Easy to order, arrived promptly and is a pan that actually works. It is non stick, really easy to clean and works with lots of different dishes we have tried. Would definitely recommend over other ‘non stick’ hexclad pans.

We purchased an Aga whistling kettle…
We purchased an Aga whistling kettle after 6 months we noticed blistering on the side of the kettle so we contacted Aga customer services who told there was nothing they could do about it as it was from the gas flame going over the base of the kettle.
We disputed this as even on the largest gas ring the flame cannot go over the base!
The 10yr guarantee is worthless & the customer services are a total waste of time.
Our advice do not purchase the Aga stainless steel whistling kettle if you want a long lasting product.

My first poor experience with AGA - but they totally redeemed themselves!!!
I have edited my original review which was only 1 star because Aga totally redeemed themselves! The next day I called the helpline and had a lovely customer services representative (Alex) who sorted the missing order and was really helpful and friendly. It restored my faith in the brand which I was thrilled about because I’m a big fan and have not had poor service before. Thank you and apologies for my hasty initial negative review! 🙏🏼
