I had a question about the motherboard in my Apex Alpha build and reached out to support by email. Instead of going back and forth, Nick personally called me to clear everything up. That alone was impressive, but while we were on the phone he also helped diagnose and fix an issue I was having with my RGB lighting control — something completely unrelated to my original question.

It’s rare to get that level of initiative and hands-on support. Nick went above and beyond, and the whole experience showed how much Apex cares about their customers. Excellent service, fast responses, and genuinely knowledgeable support.

The builders and engineers are very helpful at guiding me through getting my first PC set up how I would need it and were in contact for the entire process from order to delivery

If I could give 0 stars then I would. They never told me about a down payment that I would have to make after already paying a set price for them to ship me the pc I then emailed them and they said that they would refund my money and have never contacted me since

Great performance and run fast perfectly, but the only issue i trying to figured it out the Bluetooth issues to connect my phone on windows 11. overall, it was awesome!

It was good until i asked about the GPU the guy over the phone told me "GPU's dont have storage" when asking how many GB the GPU had

Excellent service great at responding to questions and Brady was very helpful.

So far the experience has been top tier; I just had an interview with Brady where we ran through my setup, personalized features, and the time it would take to build and ship out. The while process was super easy and I feel pretty confident I'm going to get a class product

Took a while to come in but still a fine purchase

I have place a weekly deal order and realize that i can get the ready to ship model for the same price (with the discount code would be little cheaper) i contact the customer service within 30 mins. They said it can't be cancel even thought it is only 30 mins, the system don't even confirmed the order was build or anything yet. I escalate the issue to their customer service supervisor and only to be told i need to wait for a week for them to discuss it with their controller. This in non sense, the system don't even process the order yet. It have been 30 mins of order. Moreover, the 2 hours cancellation policy is not apply on weekly deal. I'm totally understand if the unit is already confirmed and proceed to being build. But i had contact customer service within 30 mins of placing the order!!! This is my very first gaming PC and i feel like the company tied customer hand and don't allow the change/cancellation even they have that policy that they only allow certain type of customer to utilize!

As I can see and have experienced from Brandon Walker and Brady Pitre Apex takes the time to know what sort of thing you want to get from your PC. No pushing anything just great recommendations if you choose them to help try and make the PC your looking for.

After I was able to talk to a representative over the phone they were great to help me install their sag bracket it was simple, but I will say since there sag bracket is their own brand they might want to include installation instruction.

Robert gave me fantastic step-by-step instructions and guided me through the entire process of changing out my front cooling fans, and everything went perfectly! To boot, that was my first time going inside a machine in about 20 years...I had zero confidence going into it, but I trusted in Robert's expertise, and that made me confident to get the job done.

We were dealing with very intricate cable management, which required cutting many small zip ties hidden throughout the wiring. So, to me it was pretty complex.

It is SO MUCH BETTER than having to take it in to a shop, go without a machine for a couple days, and pay a couple hundred dollars for labor. And, I've gotta admit, the new system for getting tech support by requesting phone calls is way more convenient than it used to be. So, APEX is winning from wall-to-wall.

They have the best customer service I've found from any company they mad a mistake with the shipping numbers and they were right on it they were doing everything in there pwer to correct it they were so quick and kind honestly couldn't have chose a better company

So far everything has been great. Brady (System Engineer) with Apex has been meticulously walking me through my system wants, requirements and recommendations ensuring i will be left completely satisfied in the end product. Happy thus far with this company support system that also includes the online chat functionality which is helpful as well. Thanks Brady!

Apex gaming PC…you guys really outdone yourself with this PC. I absolutely love it. Everything about it is AWESOME. The lights,graphics. Everything. Only thing I noticed is a little Bent in one of the metal plates. Other than that! I LOVE IT.
