Problem on my side fixed by them. All working
I had issues with my phone mixing the registered Imei and the one it wanted to use. The support helped me quick and fast via WhatsApp and now I'm connected.

Great experience with Balisim. The eSIM was ready with just a few documents upload. By the time I reached Bali, my sim was active so I could make calls n book my cab. The package was sufficient for my trip. Definitely recommended.

The activation process was a bit of a hassle, but in the end everything worked out, and I was the only one in our group who had decent reception in Raja Ampat.

We completely understand the hassle regarding the activation process. If we could make it a one-click process, we would do it for sure! However, we must follow Indonesian government regulations to ensure the safety and security of all SIM cards used in the country.

Ordering the eSIM before our holiday in Bali was simple and straightforward. The SIM was activated as soon as we landed and everything went smoothly. You usually need far less data than you think. A small data package is more than enough.
