Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the wrong bollard was sent out by our manufacturing partner, and we understand the frustration this caused.
For context for other readers: the order was placed on 10 September and delivered on 18 September. As stated on our website, delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. We weren't made aware the wrong item had been delivered until 24th September, six days later, and had the correct item delivered and the incorrect one collected within 24 hours of being told.
We're not able to take responsibility for costs relating to work booked in around an estimated delivery date, or for a delay in the error being reported to us, but we do apologise for the mistake on our supplier's part and for any inconvenience it caused.

Great delivery time
From ordering to delivery was excellent. The only issue was no fitting instructions were included. This was resolved by phone and instructions emailed. Unfortunately instructions don’t explain how to use a M10 bolt, just where to drill the hole.

I'm really sorry to hear this - all customers should receive an email from us to confirm if an item is held up, or delivery is due to be earlier/later than originally planned. Please check your junk folder in case it was marked as spam, and I will investigate internally our side to check the email was successfully sent.
Odd communications!
After placing my order, I was sent an email that there was a problem with the delivery. The post was delivered when they said but I was anxious for a day or two.

Thank you for leaving your review, and sorry to hear the delivery update caused some concern - this was generated by the courier, APC, who handled your package, and generally means that your parcel encountered an unexpected issue or delay at the collection depot (the initial facility that sorted the item after it was picked up from the sender). It sounded like it resolved itself quickly though, which I'm pleased to hear!
