Item sent out was only 1/2 of what was needed
The item sent out was only 1/2 of what was needed. the posts that the mirrors were fitted to were not sent. therefore pointless sending the mirrors.

I have had three orders over a period…
I have had three orders over a period of time product is great but twice out of three orders the gates came wrong size or wrong hand so I am not a happy customer and would definitely think twice before ordering another product.

We’re very sorry. Having two of your three orders arrive with either the wrong sizing or configuration is frankly unacceptable, particularly when you provided drawings and specific instructions.
We have raised this directly with the manufacturer responsible for producing and dispatching the gates and made clear that this level of error is not acceptable, and have since taken action to ensure this does not happen again.
Thank you for acknowledging the quality of the products despite these issues, and we hope this does not deter you from ordering with us again.

What a joke!!
Barrier arrived damaged - Unwrapped within 10 minuets of arriving. Damage reported within 20mins.
Due to the urgency the barrier had to be fitted on site. Barriers direct now come back and say because the damage was not reported on delivery they are going to do nothing about it.
A) Delivery drivers do not wait for you unwrap / open packages to check for damage.
B) They will not take the package if you refuse it once opened.
C) Barriers direct took 4 days to report it to the manufactures.
They take forever to answer the phone and then conveniently are not available on the phone 2 minuets after sending an e-mail.
First time using them I will not be using them again if this is their attitude to customer service.

We’re sorry that the original boom arrived damaged.
For clarity, we received your damage report at 1:29pm on 24 August and forwarded it, with your photographs, to the manufacturer at 3:36pm that same day—not four days later. We fully accept that you reported the damage promptly after unwrapping the delivery.
However, despite identifying the damage, you chose to install the boom because of the urgency of the job. Our terms and conditions require damaged goods not to be installed or used while a claim is being assessed, as installation affects our ability to return the item and pursue a damage claim. The manufacturer therefore initially declined the claim because the damage had not been recorded with the courier and the boom had subsequently been installed.
Nevertheless, after reviewing the circumstances and the evidence you provided, Barriers Direct arranged and funded a replacement boom at no cost to you. You confirmed that this arrived undamaged on 4 September.
We’re pleased that, despite the original item being installed contrary to the claims conditions, we were able to replace the damaged component and resolve the matter.

ECO Speed Ramps.
We ordered a Modular 3.4m Bundle Speed Ramp Kit from Barriers Direct. The kit arrived within two days, is of good quality and came with fixings. The packaging was split and some of the fixings were missing. After a phone call to the company the missing fixings were dispatched and arrived within 24hrs. We are very pleased with the quality of the kit and of the prompt service received.
