At the moment, we’re unable to locate an order under the Trustpilot name provided "Gold Digger". Could you please reply with your order number, or the name used when placing the order, so we can verify the purchase and assist properly?

Bedzy offers a wide range of beds and mattresses across different comfort levels, from budget-friendly options through to thicker, more supportive and premium ranges. We also understand that comfort can be very personal, especially when it comes to mattresses.

If there is a genuine product concern, everything is covered by warranty and our team will always do our best to help where we can.

I completely understand where you’re coming from. If our lead time for free standard delivery was not clear enough at the time of ordering, then we need to own that and do better. Waiting longer than expected is frustrating, and I’m sorry this left you feeling let down.

I can now confirm that your order has been refunded in full.
