Hi David
Thank you for taking time to provide a review
We are delighted to hear that you like the flooring but disappointed that there was an issue with your delivery.
Our sales team have looked into your delivery further and can see that the order was delivered on the day requested. Deliveries can take place any time between 8.00am and 7.00pm on the day of delivery. The tracking details should provide an ETA for the delivery, however driver ETAs can change due to elements outside of their control such as adverse weather conditions, a crash on the motorway, etc can delay a delivery.
We hope you enjoy your flooring and our sales team are always happy to help if there is anything we can assist you with .
Kindest Regards

Never answered phone!
I loved the sample they sent. It was package witj a letter too.
I have questions about the product, so I rang the numbers on the letter and rang....and rang! I never got an answer, so I didn't order from them and went to on line flooring instead. Shame.

They handled my decision to return the initial purchase without any issues, and when I unintentionally ordered a larger vinyl floor than I had intended, they exchanged it for the correct size without asking, even though I was at fault. In addition, the quality is excellent and reasonably priced. Best4flooring has my highest recommendation, and I will most certainly be making another purchase from them. They made the effort to make sure I got everything I needed, and I appreciate that.
