Had severe reservations about buying from Buzz Retail. Ordered Hozelock 2 in 1 reel at a very low price. Arrived in 2 days.
Excellent.
Website states orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
I got a dispatch email within 24 hours but no tracking.
Despite three emails requesting tracking this did not get sent to me until day 4 and there was no explanation as to why there was no tracking.
Order was sent DPD who offer a next working day delivery. Clearly this wasn’t shipped until day 4. Which isn’t within the 24 hours they promise online.
Customer service emails were blunt and to the point and ignore my request for tracking in three emails.
Parcel came in an ikea packing box so has been shipped to me from ikea.
Items were great but I’m putting that down to Ikea and not this retailer who seem to order directly from ikea.
Overall, great products. Poor service.
Made an order, waited over a week ....radio silence. I asked where my order was, apparently there had been a slight delay and now they had dispatched it. They put the wrong address on my parcel and it ended up getting returned. I finally received my order three weeks after making initial order. Items were not in the best condition. I was promised a £10 discount on my next order once my items had been received but that never got sent to me. I will never order from this company again and I certainly won't be recommending them. Absolutely awful
A very happy customer, ordered item on a Sunday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday. The very best price on the internet with free delivery too. Would definitely use again.
Ordered a Hozelock Compact Hose Reel from Buzz retail, price was very competitive. Confirmation of the order was quick as was delivery which was well packed.
Only have positive remarks for this company and would use again.
Have twice requested a VAT invoice and absolutely no response. Would not ever use again
Ordered several items . All arrived in good time. They were all genuine branded items for a price not much more than fake equivalent being offered online. Will buy again. Keep it up buzz.

I have placed an order from here on the 31st of May, the money was swiftly taken from my account, on the promise of the product being delivered in 3-5 working days.
It is now the 7th of June, and the status of the product still says 'awaiting fulfillment' even though money has left my account. I have emailed them and not hear anything back. And I have called them and not been able to get through.
I would advise to steer clear...

I am so impressed with the buzz team’s customer service and have always heard it’s as good but to experience it first hand is something else. The rod I ordered seemed to have some issues where it wasn’t heating up possibly hence not letting my curls last. Communication was great with the team who helped sort it out and my new styler sure heats up great and have helped with the curls. Great job guys thank you for the smooth handling and sorting things out for me.
HORRIBLE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I have been waiting 2 weeks for them to respond to my email. Unbelievable.
I bought an item via yourselves for £20 - I didn’t ever receive the item & you have taken £29.99 out of my account ever since. This is for 14 months. I have tried reporting this & changing my card details but you have still taken money from my account. This totals to over £700 now. Could you perhaps explain this please? And would like an immediate & full refund- thanks 👍🏻
Absolutely poor communication and hardly any returned. I was generally making a stock inquiry as I find it extremely bizarre that every item displayed on the site is showing as out of stock. Is this company still open to trading??
I ordered two (2) On trainers on the 25th September and I received the both confirmation emails to confirm my order.l however, since then and to date I have heard nothing and received nothing. I did send many emails and messages but unfortunately without any response. £172 has gone down the drain.
I’m really never expected to land myself in such a position. If the trainers are out of stock then they shouldn’t have published them. Not sure what to do now. I’m really pissed.

I ordered two on running trainers initially, I received an email from Lisa, stating that they cannot accept multiple returns. I wasn't sure about the fit so I asked them to proceed with one order and refund order #1078276. I received the pair of trainers perfectly but I cannot get any updates on my second order. I have messaged them few times and hoping someone from Customer Service looks at this review and provide an update on the refund status for order #1078276.
Buzz team responded on 7th October 2024 and advised that order 1078276 has been refunded. Better late than never.
Order arrived fine but the return process is a nightmare. It's been almost 2 months since I raised the return request and they haven't even shared the process on how to return the item. Customer support don't even respond to my emails anymore.
