Ordered trainers and arrived quickly however returns process is so bad I still havent received instructions on how I can return them. This is for order number 1077742 in case this is seen by the retailer. I am thinking of filing a claim as they have not responded to my emails anymore.

Legitimate site trainers arrived however I am getting no response I need to return these trainers on #1077672 too small and order #1077671 is out of stock so I'm wanting a refund can you please contact me to refund my PayPal as I am getting no response from Lisa

All good - quick delivery genuine products.

Was nervous as other trust pilot reviews suggested otherwise.

But ordered some ON trainers and came in 2 days and genuine product.

No issues at all.

Had a great shopping experience with Buzz Retail. I have ordered from them two times, received both of my orders in 2 days. Cannot fault them.

Love my On Cloud trainers: arrived within 3-4days of placing the order. My only criticism is that the status emails don't tell you much and I had email customer service for actual tracking details (these should be in the automated status emails).

Amazing! I was hesitant about ordering from this company due to mixed reviews, but the great price on the item I wanted convinced me to give it a try.
I'm so glad I did! My order arrived much faster than expected (ordered Friday, received Tuesday) and was well-packaged in the original IKEA box. Very impressed – definitely recommend.

Avoid!!! Scammers!!! They are posting themselves fake good reviews about the company! 2 weeks ago I have ordered Nespresso coffee pods they never shipped them! No tracking number was provided! Tried contacting them never gave straight answer about my order! Have to ask my bank to dispute my money!!! Do not use this website!!!!

Ordered some coffee pods for my nespresso machine and I am absolutely delighted at the price and the service! Received promptly from DPD. Came in perfect condition. I am absolutely over the moon after being slightly sceptical from seeing some bad reviews. Thank you very much I’m very happy I’m just gutted that they are now sold out as I was about to order some more!

Despite an originally faulty product, purchased from Hamleys in London, who could not help but referred me to Buzz Retails Customer services. The customer service experience was excellent and Mateasa Grant, in particular, met and exceeded expectations with her tireless efforts to resolve my problems. I would have no reservations in purchasing products from Buzz retail in the future.

Bought a cordless drill which description not very clear battery not supplied, so asked for a refund, they actually just move the item to next customer,, it gets picked up by courier and another customer gets you'd parcel as I tracked the parcel I never opened mine but just be prepared to be given someone else's return, for whatever reason. I waited 21 days for refund and I had to chase up constantly, customer service not hhe best at replying

Avoid at all cost, this is a dodgey scam outfit orders are not fulfilled, no tracking , Email responses are evasive , always pay with claim back guarantee. I had to open paypal claim. Positive reviews for this website are highly likely to be fake. Avoid !

To further add to my review, they have replied and stated some excuse about my parcel being returned by DPD, absolute lies. DPD come to my address regularly and we know the drivers, in addition to this , I have a doorbell camera.

100% No delivery was send out by Buzz and I have never had any delivery issue, as I'm in an established Victorian area , no body has delivery issues here. only new estates might.
Therefore BEWARE ! this further proof, absolute scam company, lies about dispatching goods and deliveries.

We bought a trailblazer with a small car for my grandson in Milan on 27/11 we returned home and gave our grandson the present we built the puzzle for him and when we wanted to put the small car we saw that it has only 3 wheels my grandson was very disappointed and so are we

After some complication re my purchase Jessica helped sort it all out to my satisfaction. She went over and above to get to the bottom of the issue. One happy customer. Thank you

I purchased some ONRUNNING trainers for my son for his holiday. He played tennis in them only for the mesh of the trainer to scare with a burn type hole clearly a poorly designed shoe. I reached out to BUZZ who ignored me so I claimed through Paypal they then reacted. Only to wait for Paypal to refuse a refund because I had reported the retailer incorrectly. once the claim was rejected they carry on with there ignorance would not purchase fro Buzz or Onrunning again.

Had to email them to dispatch my order however came in the end. Product as described. Good service.

Was a bit dubious about buying off a company I didn't know but I couldn't be more pleased with them.
I ordered Ikea Kallax doors off them. They came very quickly and were as per my order.
The only comment I have, is that the tracking didn't work.

No response from Emails, but did receive a PROMT response from Gourmia who were more helpful and advised I would have to return to Costco. Upon doing so was told they will not accept back and needs to be returned to “Buzz Retail” for them to return for refund or replacement. Wouldn’t recommend this company no response, not helpful and cannot get to speak to anyone.

Absolutely cannot praise this company enough particularly Jessica. My order was received and processed very quickly which was fantastic, but after problems with the delivery which was not down to themselves, she sorted this out in record time. The communication and help from this company was brilliant and they never let me down. Totally recommend this company and an very thankful to them for a fantastic service.
