Mark in the Ilkeston branch is Patronising to women because he thinks they know nothing about about cars and battery’s. 2 mechanics trained in BATTERIES both said the same thing about the battery my mum purchased yet this guy claims they are liars he knows more about batteries than 2 different mechanics. He’s sexist and misogynistic to women and this is the second time he’s spoken like this to my mum. What’s the point of having a warranty on something if he claims that the trained mechanic is a liar and the battery is fine!

Ordered item never arrived. Supposed to use it for a gig. So frustrating.

County batteries refurbished my battery for £240
It worked like new
Recently I had a major malfunction with the said battery
I contacted county battery about this .There was no fuss they sent me a returns label and inside a week I had it sent back to me under warranty working perfectly
I will certainly be using their services in the future

Excellent service. Highly recommend. I used the Travelscoot lithium battery rebuild and repair service and my battery is now as good as new with less impact on both the environment and my bank balance. Would encourage any travelscoot owner to do the same.

Very impressed by the clear web site and ordering process. Batteries were returned within 72 hours of my sending them off. I now have two good-as-new cordless drills. I can't praise the service highly enough!

I purchased a leisure battery which turned out to be intermittently faulty. I sent it back for testing. When it was returned to me by UPS it was in one of their boxes and just in a plastic bag inside with no padding around it.
When I opened the bag acid spilt everywhere. Covering my hands and on my jeans which burnt through. I needed treatment to the burns on my hands. Then battery had a split down it hence the spillage. County battery sent out another battery correctly packaged but I have had not compensation for my injury or damage to my clothing and that if my husbands when he dealt with the package. Not impressed at all will not purchase from this company ever again

No quibble battery exchange,my leisure battery wouldn’t charge after 18 months of use, when I took it to county battery’s and left it with them and they contacted me and informed me that the battery was not performing as it should and that they would replace it.
From taking my battery in and collecting the new battery took less than 24 hours. Fantastic service.
Also purchased a heavy duty diesel battery for my car from these guys. Happy to recommend..

Fantastic. Brilliant to order from. Very fast delivery! Took only a couple of days. They sell reconditioned batteries which in my opinion is highly environmentally friendly. Especially in the modern age when it's important.
No faults highly recommended them!

This is an amazing company I will definitely use them over n over again I think they are a brilliant company I ordered at 13.17 and still the batteries arrived the very next day I was very surprised they had came

On 2 occasions i phoned County batteries to price up a set for a forklift which I no would have been at least £1000 and 16 batteries for construction machines again buying them before I would expect a price in the region of £1900 but on both occasions I never got a quote which is disappointing as I like to support local businesses

Ordered battery on Wednesday and it arrived Thursday in the North of Scotland with free delivery. A great service and very helpful when I phoned with a query.

I have a motorcycle that is quite rare and it had a small in size superb battery that stopped working. To replace with the same battery was over £200. I was certain if I shopped around I could get a better deal. So I drove over to Nottingham and had a chat with Gabriel. Very friendly and knowledgable chap. He tested and cross referenced the old battery for a similar form factor and performance and recommended a suitable battery. I went on there website with the part number. Purchased the battery received it the next day and fitted it to my bike. Started first time. I have it connected to my battery optimizer and all is well. £75 delivered.

Not only is this an very good firm to deal with, giving excellent service, prompt delivery and top quality batteries, I was most impressed with the calm way in which they handled problems caused by the courier being used, including changing the courier. Thank you so much County Batteries

Excellent service - so easy, 3 x large 18v batteries, printed label packed up and dropped at local UPS pick up point. Sent off and received back in approximately a week. Absolutely faultless service - well done! Will definitely recommend and use again.

Just Under 5 years ago I bought same type batteries from this company delivered next day Guaranteed for two years.
They lasted online for standby power back up for just under FIVE before both dying of old age at the same time. They make them too well for own good! Bought replacement ones and received next day fully charged. Tested with pro test meter ( I am electrical engineer) and showed working perfectly to EN spec as stated, before installing. Hopefully for another 5 years. All working ok. Excellent product quality and service. Highly recommended.
