I installed in my RV last weekend
I installed in my RV last weekend. We are full timers, 95 degrees outside, set to 70 inside and we have to use blankets. Pretty easy install. Simply connect and give it power and your ready to go.

Seems to be a good system
Shipping was fast, packaging good. System was complete. Installation instructions were ok, but certainly could use some added details. System is working fine so far. The glaring detail missing is having to remove the cover of the inside unit (and how to do that) to install a cord relief / cord clamp (not included) for the power cable between units.

Arrived right on time the dates they…
Arrived right on time the dates they said it would & works great but didn't know that I'd need a vacuum pump & a 1/4 to 5/16 adapter to go with the guages i already had or I could've had them ready & saved myself an extra day on the install

Exceeded my expectations
Exceeded my expectations. Shipment, packaging and look and feel of product outstanding. Installation was easy and now that it is working equally satisfying.
The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is for the poor instructions for the remote. Almost all instructions are for the app. Very little explanation defining general use and features of remote and its potential. Note: This problem could easily be corrected.
Even so…I would strongly recommend this product and plan to purchase at least one more. Quality and Price point would be hard to beat

I have purchased 4 of the 12000 BTU and…
I have purchased 4 of the 12000 BTU and 1 - 18000 BTU VISIO units. They were delivered in a very.timely fashion. I had them professionally installed by a local HVAC service to ensure proper installation. All of them except one of the 12000 BTU systems are working properly and doing a good job. The one 12000 BTU system has been recharged with R32 twice and needs to be recharged again now. The installer has done vacuum test three times and it shows no leaks however it continues to loose R32 we think it has an issue in the compressor or head unit. I am trying to contact the warranty department to get this resolved.

Absolutely excited with this unit. Within 5 minutes the room was cooled down. The Cozeware video how to install was all I needed. It was this simple! Works excellent. The only thing I would change is shorter lines. I had to get my line flared and shortened.
