Shipping list indicated a warranty card was included with the unit, but was not. Lot of double talk from a human agent who told me there is no such thing. Trying to get a document - of any kind - with warranty information for the unit I purchased.

Easy setup
Easy setup, the only 2 things I had to buy is the bracket to mount the outside unit on, and the surge protector for the board, it wasn't recommended, but I installed it for peace of mind

Our outdoor unit comes precharged with refrigerant for the specified line set length. Once your lines are connected and vacuumed properly, simply open the valves to release the refrigerant.

I received all products On Time
I received all products On Time, as promised all parts were available. Installation was very simple, even though I got a heating air man to run a vacuum and hook up my refrigerant lines. I am very, very happy so far with the results.

Great units easy to install Work as they should. I bought one installed. It made sure it was good and then I bought three more only issue I have is they didn’t disclose an international service assessment fee but other than that, they’re great units would definitely buy them again
