Terrible customer service
The FAQ-section clearly states the following: "Once you complete the return request, you will receive an email with return instructions which will include a link to the return label". But they do not provide you with any return label whatsoever, and customer service (Malazarte M specifically) didn't help much. Very inefficient and unprofessional communication. Will not buy from here again.

Ho acquistato un paio di sandali che si sono rotti dopo 15 giorni, neanche le ciabatte cinesi durano così poco! Sono molto delusa anche perché il servizio clienti non ha accolto la mia richiesta di sostituzione. Ciabattine da 41 € sono inutilizzabili perché si è scollata la parte che circonda la suola e non è possibile incollarla perché avanza in pezzo! Evidentemente la Crocs incolla con un macchinario e a mano non si riesce a farlo. Uno dei miei sandali è fallato altro che indistruttibili! Sconsiglio

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with Crocs España. I ordered a pair of sandals/sliders for a holiday, expecting the quality that Crocs is known for. However, after using them just once around the pool, they ended up splitting. This was after only very light usage, which is completely unacceptable for a brand like Crocs.
I reached out to Crocs Customer Service in Spain, hoping to resolve the issue, but their response has been extremely disappointing. Despite explaining the situation in detail, they repeatedly insisted that the product must be returned within 20 days in the same condition. This response came after two separate emails, showing a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
I've been trying to escalate the issue, but it's proving to be incredibly difficult, with no clear path to resolution. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing from Crocs España. The combination of poor product quality and unhelpful customer service has left me thoroughly disappointed. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your footwear needs.

Esto sucedió después de un uso muy ligero, lo cual es completamente inaceptable para una marca como Crocs.
Me puse en contacto con el Servicio de Atención al Cliente de Crocs en España, con la esperanza de resolver el problema, pero su respuesta ha sido extremadamente decepcionante. A pesar de explicar la situación en detalle, insistieron repetidamente en que el producto debe ser devuelto en un plazo de 20 días y en las mismas condiciones. Esta respuesta llegó después de dos correos electrónicos separados, lo que muestra una clara falta de preocupación por la satisfacción del cliente.
He intentado escalar el problema, pero está resultando ser increíblemente difícil, sin un camino claro hacia una resolución. Basándome en mi experiencia, recomendaría encarecidamente no comprar en Crocs España. La combinación de mala calidad del producto y un servicio al cliente poco servicial me ha dejado completamente decepcionado. Ahórrate la molestia y busca en otro lugar tus necesidades de calzado.
Never recieved any crocs
Ordered a pair of crocs. Money was drawn from my creditcard. Got an email with tracking details. Tracking details i Chinese, but according to Google translate the shoes have supposedly arrived a month after ordeing and been delivered to me and signed for. I never recieved a product.
Cost me 17 euros to try on a pair of Crocs.
Bought a pair of Crocs directly at their own homepage as I wanted to support the seller in full and not put the money in any resellers pocket. I shouldn't have done that. It ended up costing me way more money than first anticipated. I guess the fault was my own, I could just have read the terms.
I received my Crocs a bit late after ordering but I was fine with that. I tried them on an they unfortunately didn't fit.I though to myself "no biggie - will just return them". But returning them is a logistic nightmare where there is not a whole lot of help to be gained from Crocs themselves. "Take the Crcos to your local post office and send them". No return label, no option to buy a return label from Crocs themselves either. Only option is to pay for the whole thing itself and it ended up costing me 17 Euros to just try on a pair of Crocs. I think that is really bad service and something that they should definitely look into changen. I won't be buy directly from Crocs ever again.

Bad customer service and return policies
So I ordered Clog and Flip using the size guide they have on website. The size was still one size too big. Usually companies mention if the style of the shoe is a bit tight or loose and then you round up or down but for them they said to round up the shoe size. So the size guide did not work for me. For a company that doesnt have friendly return policy their size guide should be on point unless this is how they want to make money.
Then i have to pay for the return cost which is half price of the shoes, from denmark. I cant exchange the shoes at a shop either. I contacted the customer service and they keep going in loop about it with no clear answer. They concluded by saying they can offer 20% off for next order but thats not even equivalent to the return shipping cost. So overall it was a really bad experience and they have bad return policies. Now I am stuck with two pair of shoes that are too big for me.
Also for the customer service on whatsapp, the system is bad. I send them a message and they say agent will be with you shortly, which is anywhere from 5-40min and then if i am not able to reply within 3min they already end the chat. So I had to start chat 10 times with them.

Their size guide is not always correct. I ordered a pair of their new shoe line. I measured my feet and ordered a size 45 as stated by their size guide. I usually wear a 46, so against my own judgement I decided to go with their size, as I know some shoes is bigger/smaller than Nike or Adidas.
I received the shoes, and they were too small.. I then initiated a return and received a package slip - but no shipping label. I thought It was a mistake and contacted their customer service.
I have NEVER tried a customer service that rude. His first response was telling me it was my problem because it was my own fault for ordering a small shoe. Then he immediately disconnected the service chat, leaving me with no way to reply. I will now have paid 5€ for shipping to me, 20€ for shipping back to them and another 5€ if I want a new shoe. This will be 30€ total!!!
Summary: If everything goes after the plan, they deliver within 5-7 days in EU, but if you encounter ANY kind of problem, you are on your OWN. I will NOT recommend ordering here.

I'm surpised that the customer needs to pay for return shipping (which in my case, from Ireland, would cost around 20 Euros). I've never seen this for brands this size, even much smaller companies cover return cost.

Ho deciso di avvisare ovunque possibile del pessimo prodotto, e allora qui ho avuto una risposta falsa come poche! Qui si scusano e “promettono” di contattarmi personalmente via e-mail COSA MAI ACCADUTA.

Placed an order as the crocs I wanted went on sale. Wasn't too thrilled as the delivery price is 8.95. Made the purchase, or so I thought. No confirmation email the next day and money wasn't taken out of my account. So the following morning, I sent a message on chat. She/He said it didn't go through and to clear my cookies!!! I tried to reorder the same pair again but size gone so ordered a different pair. Once again, no confirmation email, I approved the amount twice with my bank so now I'm afraid I will be charged for two pairs and no crocs. It isn't showing yet on bank account so let's hope it remains that way. Not going to try a third time of course. So disappointed. What on earth is going on with this site!!!! Get it fixed....Update. Money wasn't taken out of my account. Something seriously wrong with this website.
