Placed an order as the crocs I wanted went on sale. Wasn't too thrilled as the delivery price is 8.95. Made the purchase, or so I thought. No confirmation email the next day and money wasn't taken out of my account. So the following morning, I sent a message on chat. She/He said it didn't go through and to clear my cookies!!! I tried to reorder the same pair again but size gone so ordered a different pair. Once again, no confirmation email, I approved the amount twice with my bank so now I'm afraid I will be charged for two pairs and no crocs. It isn't showing yet on bank account so let's hope it remains that way. Not going to try a third time of course. So disappointed. What on earth is going on with this site!!!! Get it fixed....Update. Money wasn't taken out of my account. Something seriously wrong with this website.
No intention of fulfilling orders
Absolutely shocking company! I would advise anyone not to purchase from these as they are happy to take your money but have no intention of fulfilling the order! They do NOT contact you, you have to do all the chasing!

Har brugt crocs flip flops non stop de sidste 7-8 år nok. De bedste, der findes, men der er lavet om på designet, så dem, jeg lige har købt, er totalt misfit.
125kr for at sende dem retur ... Syns det er fantastisk, at man ikke har lavet en aftale ift returnering, når det skal hele vejen til Holland.
Kommer aldrig til at bestille derinde igen.

Avoid🤬 Ordered on 5th December 23, still waiting delivery for an order that said up to 5 working days. Crocs saying courier issue, courier saying crocs issue. This was a Christmas present for a child that simply will not be here now on time.

Disastrous website and customer service
Impossible to place an order. Every time I entered my credit card number and the transaction authorisation code from my bank, I was sent back to the website where my basket was empty. I was confused, did the transaction fail? Then why? it never happened on any other website. And why then was my basket suddenly empty.
The "live chat" turns out to be the most unalive and absurd "live chat" I have ever experienced. In fact, several times, while I was waiting for a reply from the agent, a window popped up informing me that we were going to be disconnected due to inactivity. Everytime, I wrote a word to keep the "live chat" from disconnecting just to have the agent finally replying with an answer that had nothing to do with my question. I learned for example that the agent was located in the Philippines which would have been quite interesting if I was planning a holiday in Asia, but had nothing to do with my order. Realising I might die of old age while the agent tried to come up with more absurd reply, I decided to send an email instead.
Bad idea: the agent, who of course misspelt my name, replied
"We're happy you contacted us and would love to help you be comfortable in your own shoes.
Thank you for contacting Crocs. I have received and reviewed your email. I have looked into your order for you and I do see that all the orders you tried to place did in fact fail due to the possible billing address. Is the billing address entered the same that your bank has? Most pending charges will drop within 3 business days, but some banks take 5-14 business days.
Thanks again for reaching out, please let us know if you have any additional questions."
I ended up contacting my bank as having worked in e-commerce, I know that if a transaction fails, it does not appear on the clients bank account (any my billing address and delivery address were the same). I could not believe that a big company like Crocs could have at the same time such a disastrous website and customer service and I started suspecting a fraud. All the more because the email I received from the "customer service" didn't contain any logo or anything in fact that would differentiate it from the emails one would find in one's spam folder.
In fact, it turned out that no transaction had ever been recorded by my bank. which is reassuring
I still don't understand how a company can survive, let alone thrive despite such a level of incompetency and unprofessionalism.

Produkt innerhalb von 13 Monaten zweimal im "Angebot" über Amazonien gekauft. Wurde nie geliefert. Direkt nach Kauf kommt schon die Versandbestätigung. Nach Lieferfrist- Ende dann die
Nachricht, dass es sich verzögert. Keine Ahnung warum der Shop überhaupt geduldet wird. Die Lieferung kommt nie, aber wenigstens bekomme ich eine direkte Erstattung über die Plattform. Mir fehlt die Sinnhaftigkeit dieses Handels.

Probably the worst site I have ever come across. I have spent the entire day trying to order something. Have tried multiple different ways, devices etc. The site does not work. Who ever is looking after the site must have goner on holidays or passed away as I have never come across an unfunctional site as this. Have tried chat multiple times for help. Was told I managed to put through an order, never knew that as never got a confirmation. My email address is also wrong for the order, and the chat person told was about to tell me the order number so I could maybe try figure it out and the chat disappears for no reason and now I can't get back in. Sort your s*it out lads. I will never again use your site as it is absolutely useless!!!
*edit* now it turns out that I made 4 orders for the same thing, no charge taken yet but the agent seems absolutely useless and doesn't know if they can help me.

I contacted live chat about a return I want to carry out and about the website having unhelpful instructions.
First I talked to a bot that simply repeated the website information. Then, as I was trying to explain what had happened (with long pauses from Croc's part) the live chat was interrupted.
I contacted live chat a second time and the same thing happened again...

Auswahl und Verfügbarkeit im Shop von Crocs-Europe ist prima. Lieferzeit ist noch okay, wenn auch nicht toll (über Gesundheit und Ergonomie muss sich jeder selber Gedanken machen). Wenn die bestellten Schuhe passen/gefallen, ist alles okay. ABER: Bestätigung einer Retoure dauert zwischen 3 und 4 Wochen. Rückzahlung danach(!) bis zu 30 Tagen. Das ist definitiv nicht mehr zeitgemäß - um es ganz vorsichtig auszudrücken.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought accessories for my crocs on their website 10 days ago. Never mind that shipping takes 10 days from Netherlands to Ireland??? It was supposed to be delivered today but when I checked the track and trace link I was given by Crocs my package was returned to sender. I was not contacted or informed of this before it was returned. I contacted crocs eu to find out what happened and I was given a generic response back. Basically they don’t know why and they will automatically begin a refund process once they get it back. I told them I do not want a refund and I want what I ordered. Once again I was given a generic response and told they can’t change it. Very frustrating. I definitely will not be ordering from them again.
