I bought 2 pair of shoes
I bought 2 pair of shoes. as I havent bought this model before, i first checked the description. Crocs stated they were running small and to take a bigger size. So O ordered 1 size bigger then normal. they were TO BIG! so I ordered my normal size, which fitted PERFECTLY! I was very disappointed to find out that no return label was available and had to spend 20€ returning with PostsNord as I needed track and trace.
I love the shoes but Crocs need to up their service! I think I will be buying from a retailer from now on...

Da badesandalerne kommer er der told på, så de er mega dyre.
Jeg sender dem tilbage, de lover at returnerer beløbet, men har stadig ikke fået mine penge retur, det er nu over 2 måneder siden.
Vil ikke råde andre til at handle der.

I ordered a pair of shoes and two badges I never received those items. On top of that, I had to chase for a refund. I paid €38.44 and they had the audacity to send me back only €13.95??? It’s a joke!

A week ago I placed an order with Crocs paid with Applepay but as the last order I used applepay we used our sons address the parcel is being sent there
I contacted straight away after 2 hours on chat was told for my security the delivery address could not be changed I explained that my son and his wife no longer live at that address. I was advised that once I had a despatch email they would change the delivery address with the courier I have today spent another 6 hours in total on the chat but they are just useless they could not do worse if they were trying to.

Return through Crocs.fi is a scam
UPD Crocs returned me the money for my purchase, but I don't know if the Posti mail service did actually deliver the clogs back to the shop. Thanks for the customer service, but still it took 2 messages to them and this bad review.
I made an order from Finnish Crocs, but they deliver from Their shop in Netherlands. I made a return for one of the pairs and now the parcel is just lost. It’s been more than two weeks since I send the parcel. Their customer service doesn’t answer. And yes, she shipment back was not directly from Helsinki to the shop in Netherlands, it was through Tuusula, which is like 2-3h ride by car and it cost 15€. The parcel is lost, no money returned, plus the cost of shipment. I hope someone who found the clogs is wearing them proudly and is very happy, because consider them now made of GOLD with the price I paid :(

Den 17 aug. bestilte jeg et par Crocband Clog til ca 225 kr og et par Mega Crush Sandal i lys grå, (som man ikke kan finde i DK) til ca. 525 kr.
Varerne blev afsendt samme dag, de blev bestilt og jeg har modtaget dem her 4 dage senere.
Størrelsesguiden på Crocs' hjemmeside passer perfekt, priserne og udvalget er godt og der er gratis levering af ordrer over 600 kr.

Terrible experience . With the magnitude of this company, I’m very disappointed that I have to pay the expenses for the return (almost more than the actual price of the product). Much smaller companies always cover for the returns. Really disappointing. I don’t recommend crocs.eu !!!!!!
Worst customer service ever.
I don't know who their customer service company is but they need to fire them immediately. Worst customer experience ever, cannot answer basic questions about the shoes they are selling and just close off the chat without reply properly. Then when contacted about the order confirmation not being sent they just say oh right yeah the order didn't go through, you won't be charged (I Don believe them since I authorised it in my bank app) But now the stuff is sold out. So annoying. I had ordered before with no problem, so if you must you should use PayPal because their own stupid check our system does not work and they might take your money and cancel your order. Have to go contact my bank now and block the transaction. Worst run brand I've dealt with in a long time. Will never shop there again!

They say they can ship items to Spain but when arriving to the dropdown menu Spain is not on the list.
I tried whatsapping them several times, either they did not understand the problem or else they were not able to solve it. My shopping cart with items up to 100 euro and they did not care a fig. They told me to get in touch again in 48 hours.Meanwhile they were sending emails offering 20% discount on my cart. What for?

Unter aller kanone ich warte seit knapp einem Monat das meine Rücksendung bestätigt wird bzw das es bei Paypal auch so von crocs gemeldet wird! Denn das Paket ist laut sendungsnummer am 17.07 bei crocs eingetroffen auf Emails wird nicht reagiert!
FAKE SCAMMING COMPANY - DONT ORDER
I think Crocs Eu is a fake fraudulent company mimicking the real Crocs. Either that or they’re in administration and can’t afford to pay people back but keep the orders rolling in regardless. I made an order in May, they were too small so sent straight back using my free return label and they will not refund me. It’s now 64 days since they got my shoes. I’ve contacted them in every possible way from email to live chat, instagram and WhatsApp and I just get the same dribble “can take 10-14 days please be patient” even though I’ve waited 64. They just copy and paste the same email over and over. I’ve handed the issue over to my bank. I’m just relieved it was for 1 pair of children’s crocs so not a bank breaker but it’s still robbery. Awful horrible company. I have never ever experienced anything like it. I have emailed crocs uk and the crocs cares email so if anybody is reading this in the same position I urge you to do the same. Also bombard their instagram to show them up for what they really are - disgusting thieves!

Awful company. Advertising on Amazon for sale 9 UK bayaband flip flops with discount code. Bought on July 15, arrived August...they sent a pair of 8 UK which don't fit, company contacted and asked to replace incorrect item with item i ordered. Said they were advertised as a UK8, (the same 9 UK description is still on Amazon)they can't swap & i have to return for a refund even though they have the correct stock...(i wonder if the discount i had used influenced the decision?...)
Amazon recognised the falsity & refunded me.
Pessima azienda, ZERO assistenza
nessuna assistenza, si è rotta dopo 6 mesi una sorta di perno di plastica che permette alla stringa di ruotare sulla crocs, sia in negozio sia contattando l'assistenza l'unica risposta ricevuta è " non abbiamo questo pezzo " pantofole da 40 euro o più che dopo 6 mesi si devono buttare parlano chiaro della serietà dell'azienda.

Return Policy is a joke
Their supposedly "Hassle Free" returns policy is quite frankly ridiculous. You have to pay your own return costs, which for me amounts to €21 to ship a pair back to them. This is totally unjustifiable given the cost of the shoes themselves.
When I went to raise this with customer support, their agent Fiona Mae A ended the chat abruptly when I was replying to suggest that they should at least offer subsidised returns.
A company of that size can set up subsidised returns with postal carriers across the EU which they can then pass on to their customers for a reasonable return cost. Obviously, they don't want returns no matter what and do not care about their customer's shopping experience.
I will be shopping elsewhere!

Crocs als Produkt an sich sind gut. Der Kundendienst andererseits, schlecht. Email Antwortzeit - 2-4 Tage. Rücksendungen nach Niederlande (Kauf bei crocs eu) müssen selber bezahlt werden, 19€, werden nicht erstattet, daher vorsicht. Kauft die Crocs lieber in anderen Shops.

Same as the others... Did everything wright, credit info, bank credentials etc. Everything just fine.
Then: freeze screen->their home screen with me logged out->order history saying no orders placed.
