Worst customer service experience of my life
I had the WORST EXPERIENCE of my life with their customer service through their live chat.
I received an email advising my order had been delivered, but I did not receive anything. So I headed to the live chat and was treated like rubbish by the agent.
The agent kept telling me to wait according to the delivery time and if it wasn’t delivery by the delivery date to let them know???
I told them again and again that I the order was delivered but possibly to the wrong address or something? But the agent kept saying to “give it 48 hours to be redelivered” whatever that means.
I honestly think the agent didn’t really understand English which it is fine however the agent insisted I was the one not understanding. The agent said things like “can you understand me?” And “we are spending too much time on this. You are insisting on the wrong thing”. They even asked me “do you know the meaning of the word redelivered?” To which I honestly answered NO and asked them to explain to me. The answer was “it’s the time for the order to be delivered” or something like that. The agent did not understand at all that the order had been delivered only not to my address and on top of that they were extremely rude. Worst customer service experience of my life! (The WhatsApp customer service was helpful though).
Terrible service
Terrible service. I still haven’t received a order i made 2 weeks ago but was charged for it and when I contacted Crocs they said we sent it, contact courier its not our problem. Really unhelpful and rude. I will never buy from them again

possiedo da maggio 2020 coie' 3 anni i crocs modello crocband devo dire che li ho comperati sotto consiglio di un conoscente che gia' li possedeva da anni e anni come comodita' sono il top eccezionali in piu' sono robustissime dopo esattamente 3 anni che le uso in casa per le 4 stagioni in piu' in estate le uso al mare in spiaggia ed in piscina sono ancora totalmente nuove a mio avviso sono anche molto belli i crocband della crocs li straconsiglio

one of the three pairs that i bought -(my order total amount was about 130 euros) was small
i requested a return. They mentioned that is the purchasers responsibility to return the parcel. The cost of the returning product was 58 euro and the returning cost 113 euros! ( the shipment from Netherlands to Greece for crocs company was about 12 euros! ) i complained about it in the live chat and the only thing that i achieved was a 20% discount for next orders !

Encomenda tranquila e sem dificuldades. Entretanto, produto de péssima qualidade. Eu tinha um Crocs chinelo flip que soltou a tira com um ano e tal de (muito pouco) uso e por isso encomendei um novo. Após NOVE meses de (muito pouco) uso, o novo também estragou. Fui validar a garantia e para minha surpresa, a garantia é de apenas TRÊS MESES...naturalmente, uma vez que a partir do terceiro mês já deu a validade do produto.

Ho fatto una procedura di reso da “non registrato sul sito” passavano i giorni e la decitura era “richiesta di reso inoltrata” passato un mese scrivo al servizio clienti che mi hanno risposto “abbiamo girato la sua richiesta al reparto competente” successivamente ho ricevuto il rimborso ma le scarpe da rendere sono rimaste a me perché non ho ricevuto nessuna etichetta per fare il reso!
Ciabatte non adatte al periodo estivo!
Ho un paio di crocs a fascia acquistate solo un mese fa. Dopo una giornata in spiaggia in serata ne ritrovo una più corta dell’altra. Adesso scopro sul sito che non dovevano essere lasciate a fonti di calore per periodi prolungati?!? Se non sono ciabatte adatte ad uso esterno in estate va specificato adeguatamente! È una vergogna per quello che le ho pagate
Bad returning process
I bought a clog from their website and when I got them I had ordered the wrong size. The Size didn’t fit and i Wanted to return it but when returning you have to choose your own currier and it ends up being 210kr to return a 40€ product - going on their site doesn’t really help either, you will just be sent through their reply bot and can’t ask specific questions that could help the case.

This was my second time ordering from Crocs (eu) and both times have been fine. The first time (April 2023) there was a bit of a delay (which they warned me about) due to postal strikes my Crocs arrived in about 10 days and I love them.
This time, I ordered Wendy Sox and theirs was the only website with the colour I wanted and at a good price. I was a bit concerned, given the negative feedback however my shoes arrived in 6 days and are exactly what I wanted. I was also kept informed of the delivery process.

I placed an order and the order didnt show in my ordered section so I placed an order again and it still did not show as ordered. No email received and no payments pending in bank account. I was told by customer service it only shows once shipped so I am not sure if I have an order or not with them. Better off ordering from a different website

Mi hanno spedito un paio di sandali diversi e con un altro numero da quanto ordinato. L'assistenza dice che passa il corriere lunedi a ritirare l'ordine (DEVO STARE TUTTO IL GIORNO A CASA AD ASPETTARE IL RITIRO DEL CORRIERE) per poi rendermi i soldi. Poi non è finita...non mi hanno ancora reso i soldi e addirittura mi inviano una email dandomi un codice sconto del 20% sul prossimo acquisto!!! assurdo...secondo loro devo riacquistare un altro paio di scarpe da loro...e magari di nuovo mi spediscono un altro paio di scarpe con numero diverso da quello che ho ordinato!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! state ATTENTI!!! Crocs European Tour
Similar issues as many others. I "placed" an order, which brought me to an empty shopping cart screen after bank confirmation. I figured something went wrong, so I did it again. Same outcome.
So I contacted customer service and they told me I've placed two orders. Even gave me 2 order numbers. Asked for the repeat order to be canceled (literally 1 minute after I placed the order I called them) and they said it's not possible. This shows you how little customer service can actually do to service you, they can't cancel an order placed even 1 minute before, you have to wait to receive it and return it for a refund. I may as well have called my neighbor.
Finally days later it turns out that NEITHER order went through, and that I would be getting nothing (and this was for a gift, so I was hoping to get it on a specific date)
Eventually I ended up somehow completing and actual order, and was greeted with an actual order completion screen this time.
Now I am waiting for my Crocs to do a tour of Europe before they get to me. 5 cities, 4 countries so far. Over a week. And this is PAID shipping. Absolute joke.

Dreadful delivery order(s) a total no show . . .
Placed an order as a gift no sign of delivery it continues to show as delivered despite locations as showing Depot in Rotterdam contacted customer support they raised a new order & allegedly it shipped after three weeks its now showing as delivered again having never left the depot in Rotterdam, contacted customer service & I was told that this lack of delivery is my fault as there is no house number on my house while the order clearly shows as never having left the depot now its a wait & see if the refund ever reaches my account

Would leave zero stars if I could. Tried placing the order probably 10 times with three different cards and it is either asking for payment confirmation through the bank but then reloads page that order was not placed or it says card rejected or that it's a wrong card number. Then all reloads to an empty cart. Raised with customer service - so far nothing. Messaged them on Insta got a reply to chat with live agent and was given the link. Via the link it says chat not available. And that is on the working day. Frustrating is understatement.
