Bestilte 2 par crocs til mænd! Har aldrig modtaget dem,men fik stedet et par billige kopi solbriller! Blev trukkent ca 710 kr ! Der er ingen kontakt på mail el hjemmeside- kundeservice!!!! Så hold jer langt væk !

The return is gonna cost me half the pricd of the order. Dosent make sense. And a ice cold custumer service. Have to keep it and try sell it for a reasenable prize :(

I have never experienced worse costumer service from a company.
I received the shoes after only 4 days which was great.
The shoes didn't fit so I wanted to return the shoes. It was impossible. I was in contact with costumer service twice, wrote emails and after live chats I have finally found out how to return the shoes.
I has taken more than 14 days to find out how to return the shoes as Crocs doesn't provide enough information to put on the return form. It has been a nightmare!
If you buy anything from Crocs, make sure you are 100% sure you want to keep it, because it will be easier to win 1000000 dollars that get the right information out of the company to make the return!

Well I saw the reviews after my order, & thought, O dear! BUT my crocs arrived from Netherlands 2 days after my order! Brilliant🤩

Website checkout failed and order was not confirmed 24 hours after. Contacted service who confirmed they have the order but refuse to cancel the duplicated order. Filed a charge back with visa as Crocs service is woeful. The actual product is brilliant which is a shame. My advice is buy through Amazon and not through Crocs themselves.

Never had this bad customer service. I sent one of two items back and over one month time still waiting for refund. I have tried to contact customer service via email and chat. Emails wont get replied and the live chat experience was awful and rude. I can not even believe that something like this os possible with a ”big brand” like crocs. I am so angry about this that I wont leave this matter until someone tjere respons to me correctly.

Da jeg læste anmeldelserne herinde blev jeg meget bekymret, men jeg endte med at tage chancen alligevel. Og jeg kunne ikke være gladere! Mine ting kom indenfor 6 arbejdsdage (som lovet), og alle varerne er præcis som de skal være.
Jeg ved flere har haft problemer med noget tracking osv, men alting fungerede simpelhent for mig.

Jeg vandt et par Crocs i en giveaway, men de lavede kludder i orden og jeg fik dem aldrig.

Jeg skriver så til dem og får lov til at vælge et par fra hjemmesiden efter mange mails, hvor jeg selv skulle bevise, at de lavede fejlen før de ville gøre noget ved det.

De sendte så skoene og lavede den samme fejl igen...

Absolute joke of a company. I ordered crocs for my sons Christmas on the 28th November still haven't received them had no correspondence from this company and when I tried to email, it bounced back. Will never use this company again and won't be recommending to family or friends

The most frustrating experience. My order was cancelled but they still charged me. After almost 2 months and back & worth emails/calls I still haven’t received my refund. They keep directing me to different people/contacts.

desværre var der en fejl ved en af skoene der være mindre end den anden så kontaktet deres kundeservice der hurtigt lavede en replacement ordre på det par sko som lige er ankommet i dag uden problemer så kan kun være glad for mine nye par Crocs og bestiller bestemt her fra igen når tiden kommer til nye

Crocs.eu is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Stay away !!!!!

My first order on crocs eu order number: 063 ------ GB - shipping from the Netherlands to London [ UK ] ... wrong size delivered ... I tried to contact them on live chat - Simone was like a bot, very rude to me, sent me only template. it was my first and last purchase from them - never again. Avoid this *** Company.

I ordered, arrived too late for me to use for my trip, even though guaranteed delivery.
Returned product 15/7/22, still sat here with no refund on 15/8/22. Have spoken with customer service several times wasting hours of my time, still no further, keep getting told to be patient and having the goal post moved. NOT ACCEPTABLE, AVOID!!!

Ho acquistato un paio di crocs per mio figlio il mese scorso e ieri dopo una giornata in piscina si sono ristrette notevolmente.

Ich hatte schon öfter mal Probleme mit Onlineshops, allerdings wurde mir dann vom Kundenservice meist relativ gut geholfen. Ganz anders bei dem Anbieter Crocs: noch nie habe ich einen dermaßen schlechten Kundenservice erlebt!

Einen Tag nach meiner Bestellung erhielt ich bereits eine Versandbestätigung mit der Info, dass die Lieferung momentan 3-5 Arbeitstage beträgt. Nach fast zwei Wochen, in welchen sich am Versandstatus nichts geändert hatte, habe ich dann Kontakt zum Kundenservice aufgenommen. Die Schuld wurde sofort auf GLS geschoben, obwohl GLS das Paket von Crocs noch nicht einmal erhalten hatte. Dann meinte der Mann vom Kundenservice es KANN sein, dass das Paket noch bei ihnen ist, er hat dazu aber keine Einsicht. Ich habe dann eine kostenlose Expresslieferung verlangt, darauf bekam ich die Antwort sie würden nur normal per GLS verschicken und das dauert im Moment 8-10 Tage. Daraufhin wollte ich die Bestellung stornieren, ging aber laut dem Mann nicht mehr, weil sie das Paket angeblich schon verschickt hätten. Plötzlich meinte er auch, GLS wäre total unzuverlässig und hätte das Paket verloren. Ich habe gefragt woher er das wisse, er hat ja angeblich keine Einsicht. Seine Antwort: "wenn eine Lieferung so lange dauert, ist das Paket normalerweise verloren gegangen".

Da ich gemerkt habe, dass die ganze Diskussion mit dem Mann nichts bringt und er mir nicht weiterhelfen wollte/konnte, wollte ich das Gespräch beenden und habe ihm noch mitgeteilt, dass ich jedem von dem Shop abraten werde und eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben werde. Was antwortet er daraufhin? "Ich werde jetzt für sie eine Nachlieferung beantragen" Ich habe ihm dann klipp und klar mitgeteilt, dass ich keine Schuhe mehr von ihnen will und er solle das akzeptieren, seine Antwort: ok guten Tag. Das war das Ende des Gesprächs..

Am Versandstatus des Pakets hat sich bis heute nichts getan und ich kann mich jetzt auch noch mit Klarna rumschlagen, da dort die Zahlung bereits verlangt wird..

Ordered crocs on 13/7. Update said shipped on 16/07. No sign by 26/07 even though delivery time is 4-5 days on website.
Contacted on chat to be told there was a shipping problem and they could refund or reorder IF they were still available.
I asked if I would have been informed and refunded if I hadn’t contacted them first, to be told no it’s up to customer to keep track of parcel and notify them of any issue. Even though I had been told it was shipped. Horrible way to treat customers and keep money with no product delivered. Very hard to get them in chat and a wait of up to 3 days for reply by email.
Don’t order if you need something in a hurry. Wish I had read the reviews here first
