Before I buy anything online I ALWAYS check their return policy just in case. I ordered a canvas picture and when I received it the blues were way off and it now does not match the room I was going to put this in. I contacted customer service through email which is your only option as there is no phone number to call and they finally got back to me ask me to send a picture of what I purchased which I did. The first picture I sent was black and white I don't know how that happened there but I did resend another one so they could see the difference in colors . I was told I would not be able to send this picture back only if it was as fault of theirs. IF YOU look at their refund policy IT DOES not state this. I copied and pasted their refund policy in an email to them 3 times and asked them to please show me where it states you can only return if its damaged, etc. They will not answer my question other than I cannot return the picture that I paid over $50 for. I will also give them the same review on Google. If you have a Refund Policy then you honor it per your website. DO NOT change your refund policy up after someone orders something from you and then cant back it up. I would NEVER order anything from this Company again.

My shipment came more quickly than…
My shipment came more quickly than expected. After reading a few bad reviews, I got nervous about getting my items in time or at all. I couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone, but they did respond to my email. Sometimes the answers were a little vague but as I said, the shipment arrived early and they did a great job of packing the box to protect the wine glasses that I ordered for a wedding shower. So I am happy with this company and would use them again. I ordered the rocking wine glasses. (The personalization on the glasses is a little smaller than I was expecting, but still nice.)

Ordered on 3 Feb for Valentine’s Day, arrived on 3 March. I did have communication and they did refund my shipping costs. Boxers themselves are great but did have a wobble after reading these bad reviews. Glad I waited and I would use again but allow more time.

Would give zero stars if I could. This company is a scam. If you order and never receive your item report to your credit card company. This company lied and was deceiving and I never got my item. Ordered from them 4 months ago and never received my time. Kept telling me my item is on its way and gave me a fake tracking info. Never order from here. You have been warned.

Placed an order on 19th January for a personlised blanket, was told it would take about 14 days, been more than 14 days and sent an email asking for order to be cancelled and refunded as it had not been dispatched, advised unable to cancel and refund order and that it will dispatched yesterday, received nothing.

Ordered a photo blanket, after two weeks without any information I contacted the company to see when it would be despatched, I was told it was delivered by Yodel a week ago and left in a rubbish bin, suffice to say I had no card through my door stating this and now will be either incinerated or in landfill.
Custom Gifts couldn't care less, will never use them again.

Warning: Do Not Buy!! I ordered 2 bedspreads from them. They are quite cheap and the lining does not match and they are too small for the bed.
I thought I read the return policy enough but it is misleading. They claim to have excellent customer satisfaction, with exchanges and refunds, but they lie. They also appear to be domestically made but that is a lie as well. They are a Chinese company with no intent on any customer service. There are no returns, and after numerous emails they just ignored me and refused to accept a return.
Do not buy anything from them!!

Excellent Service
Ordered 2 Santa sacks from here - both personalised. Ordering was very easy. After ordering I read the reviews on here and was very worried!!!
But then Delivery was superfast. No issues. Very happy with the sacks. Beautiful and excellent value for money. The best deal I have found! Excellent service. Would buy again and hopefully they will be excellent again. Thanks.

This is a worst place to order anything from. I took a chance to order a blanket for my son and they only confirmed your order after you pay it. They never show you how it’ll look or even to send you a email to show a rough draft of your order. It’s my first time with them and my last. WORST PLACE!!

I ordered a comforter which turned out to be a duvet. The graphics are horrible. This is a knock off of the Black Forest Décor brand with blurry graphics that are dizzy to look at. there is not phone number to call. The only response I get is email & they wanted to offer me a discount on a future order. Why would I want to order from them again. Very poor service

Absolutely disgraceful company.
Ordered a white coloured dog bed and received a black one, also the shape and personalisation was totally off centre. Upon emailing them I was told, quite abruptly that it was “misshaped” due to me putting it back in the box incorrectly??? I hadn’t put it back in the box.......and no mention that they’ve sent completely the wrong colour either! Awaiting a reply from my last email to them.........
