The awful reviews about this site are probably for Cuztomgiftbox, which does advertise products which are not at all like the photos in their ads.

I am being slammed by this company so, beware! I ordered one octopus wrong, received it, and by the way it is the biggest piece of crap you ever saw, and today I received another one. Then I saw on my account that they had charged me for two. I have notified my credit card company and I am filing a claim for fraudulent business practices.

just writing to let you know i received my order yesterday that was for my daughter, and i am NOT impressed at all. it is VERY thin and just not what i expected. looks more like a baby blanket and just not what is pictured. will not be buying anything from your company again. i also ordered what i thought was a cow comforter for my other daughter and it was also very thin. very disappointing since i spent way over 100 dollars and them. again i will not buy from your company again!!!!!

The blanket I purchased doesn't have any filling in it. Just two pieces of fabric sewn together badly. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES. No way to return or contact them.

I ordered a present for my Dad's birthday and was informed it would take 2-4 days to be dispatched. Seven days later and no sign of the product or an email to say it had been dispatched or that their was an issue.
I contacted the company to express my opinion and asked for a refund. A few days later I noticed the refund in my account but I still received no response from the company to say I had been refunded or even an apology! Absolutely terrible customer service. Don't waste your money as you will never receive anything for it!

Ordered engraved Mason jars for my daughters wedding, out of the 160 shipped, 156 made it without damage, they were very quick to offer a refund/replacement for the 4 that broke in transit. Overall, very pleased with the product and the customer service.

I order a bedding set for my elderly Alzheimer Mother . I wanted her room to look beautiful . I haven't receive any the items I ordered . These SOB took the money ,like a thief in the night. Please DO NOT ORDER from this company.

If I could give a zero I will I ordered a blanket for my boyfriend birthday didn't get a email about it trying to contact them saying it can't I just want the blanket

I placed my order July 7th and I still have not received an email or any communication from this company. They sure did get my payment really quick. I will be calling my bank to file a claim so they can reverse the payment. I have sent 2 emails with no reply. Horrible experience.

Ordered a friends towel for my niece.
Custom gifts advertised as 35.00 50% off 17.50 plus postage.
To honest awful very thin I could pick up some thing similar a fiver at the market.
Also ordered cushion 15.00 reduced from 30.00 again very cheap quality.
I would avoid this company, I was unsure when ordering I wish I had followed my gut instinct.

You know the quality of the items and I believe they are not worth the price I paid which was supposed to be 50% off.
If you refund me 10.00 it would go towards to
over priced item.
I will not be giving my niece the beach towel as I believe she would be very disappointed.

well it took you this long to reply to my review. i have not put my last review in error and was not for socks as you state and was not in china. i ordered a sticker personalised for wall from yourself. you did not reply to emails i sent about order you had no contact number and there was no update regarding my order once i made purchase. so i'm going to leave the review up as i know china is a bad service as well but this time i know i did not order any socks / pants so i can not write a review for a company i didn't order from. i have the write company as i got the email from your website . sorry but i was disappointed with my order the communication the delay it took this order and no update on order..

Absolutely shocking company! Ordered 3 pairs of personalised socks and a pair of boxers for Christmas presents, they took 4 weeks to be delivered, on opening I realised the boxers where missing so I messaged the company asking them to send them out or refund me.I received a nasty email back trying to say i only ordered a pair of socks even though i sent them a copy of my receipt! Avoid!!!

Not sure where to start. When I eventually received goods ordered their quality was so poor that I requested a refund.
I sent photos of the poor quality as requested by a person called vivi.
Who replied offering a discount of 20%. I replied stating I wanted a full refund and would return the goods as they were worthless. They then offered me 25% refund, then 30%, then 35% to stay quite. I have asked them to stop emailing. The goods are worthless why would anyone want a refund less than 100 % on goods only good enough for the bin. They are now offering 30%. Clearly no idea.

Horrendous. Placed an order on the 15th Oct for a personalised blanke but I’m yet to receive it or get a reply from any of my emails. Fraudsters.!!!!! Don’t bother...

AWFUL SERVICE!
I ordered a personalised cushion on the 3rd November (now the 2nd December), was given a delivery time of maximum 10 days. After receiving my email confirmation, I have not had any contact from anyone. The online status of my order is 'complete', however I have not received the product. There is no way of contacting the company on the website, other than an online form, have filled this out several times and heard nothing back. Left a review, someone replied saying they would be in contact, have heard nothing since then. Getting very very frustrated that there is no way of contacting anyone, and that it has now been a month since I ordered it. Awful service, do not recommend. A lot of trouble trying to get this sorted.

Brilliant service, had a slight issue ordering twice but soon got that sorted, my order came quickly and I am very happy with it!
