Great product and excellent customer service
I ordered a fan and due to a mistake on my part the delivery got messed up. Customer service at Devola was brilliant. Shout out to Ky. All got sorted and i have to say the fan is excellent, silent and very cooling

I had almost given up looking for a portable air conditioner in the last heatwave....but...Devola saved the day! Don't know if I was just lucky but I managed to bag one. The delivery driver did not ring my…
The delivery driver did not ring my doorbell or advice that he was outside the building. The two heaters were left in the communal hallway just 2 feet away from my flat door. Not sure how he got into the actual building I assume another resident let him in.? The packaging appears in tact and the actual product is still in the boxes so I am unable to comment on the product.

A good shopping experience.
This is an efficient fan. The controls are easy to use and the fan is very light so can easily be moved to where it is needed. It has 9 speeds and a timer as well as oscillating up and down and left to right. Delivery was quick. I am very pleased with it.

Really like your Devola tower fan The…
Really like the Devola tower fan. The remote is super handy and it has easy airflow options. It's pretty light weight, so I can move from room to room easily. On low and medium setting it's quiet enough for sleeping, has a quieter sleep mode and a timer. On high you can hear it, but that's expected. I brought the tower fan mainly for the bedroom.
Overall great for price.
