Great quick Service and Great fan. Silent at setting 1, much louder at setting 10 but not overbearing. Very Happy with my purchase.

Great air conditioning units and products!
Easy to place an order online. Delivery was quick. The air con unit is brilliant and warranty etc all included, great value. Really pleased with the purchase and selection of products.

Very pleased with my fan
Very pleased with my fan. Very quiet on the lowest setting so ideal for the bedroom. Has a lot of power on the higher settings. A good size, just fits on my dressing table. Also very good value.

Outstanding customer service from Kiran
During the latest heatwave I ordered a Devola desk fan which had been highly rated in a Guardian review. When there was a problem with the DPD delivery I got in touch with Devola and their customer service was superb. Kiran communicated really well, was super helpful and solved the issue very quickly which was much appreciated. He also went above and beyond to help with a further issue. Outstanding customer service!

Most places had sold out of fans, so I was worried that the promise of next day delivery would not be fulfilled, but I need not have worried. What seems to be a good quality fan, arrived in good condition the next day. Great service.

Great service and product
Great service and product - I ordered one afternoon in July as it was all starting to heat up again and my new fan was here the next morning. Delivery all included in the price. I've been using the fan for a week now and it's really great, very quiet, easy to adjust, with lots of settings. It's compact enough to fit on my desk but powerful enough to use as a room fan when on the right surface. I've been using it at night too. Would recommend.
