Chris was excellent. Had two printers that needed fixing. Both fixed. Very friendly man.

I wanted to record my appreciation for the service I have received from Diamondsource Ltd. From my original enquiiry to the setting up of the machine nothing has been too much trouble. I am not a young person and find technology difficult but the Engineer made the operation of the machine very easy to use and was very sympathic to my situation

I wish this company much success in the future and whener possible I will recommend them to others as I already have..

We have had Chris come to our office multiple times now. Always very friendly and knowledgable. I can tell he has a real passion for printing. We have had a tray cassette error and an error with our print head. Both fixed with out the needs for parts. Thanks Chris would recommend.

We had Chris come to our hotel this afternoon to look at a printer which we couldn’t get to print. We had looked everywhere ourselves for any obstruction or loose paper with no success. Chris came and reset something on the printer and we can now print. He also cleaned the machine all over which was very good and not expected.

Christopher was colossally obliging and technically adept and prescient.
He was a superlatively exemplary engineer.
Christopher solved all my issues beyond expectations.

Great service by Chris. Friendly demeanour, very warm. Extremely helpful and has saved us the hassle of buying a new printer with his great service. Offered to stay to make sure printer worked on every setting and paper type. Could not recommend him enough.

We had an engineer come to our office to service our Sharp photocopier. The service was great and the required parts arrived and were installed with in the same week.

Chris Bateman was running late on a VERY hot day, but phoned to inform me. He clearly has a lot of knowledge about his work and fixed my Epsom Ecotank promptly. He was professional and friendly.
I would recommend him and his firm to others needing a printer repair.

Chris arrived within the time slot and phoned ahead to let me know he was on his way. He managed to fix my printer which had been showing a permanent paper jam error but I couldn't see any paper in it. He gave the printer a good clean too. He was friendly and professional, definitely recommend!

Called this company with a request to come service my printer. The engineer was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of information regarding the general up keep of the printer. Would recommend and will use again.

I was helped very quickly and efficiently. The call out engineer arrived as promised, he was very experienced and showed me what he had achieved.
I have not one comment as to how the service could have been better.

I was very happy with the service and this is the second time i have used diamond source (last time was 3 years ago). The engineer was polite and respectful to some of the issues which were clearly user error but also talked me through the problem and how it was fixed. The problem was solved quickly and with minimum fuss.

I book the engineer with my fault my printer is working properly but not connecting the cable to the pc, when i connect showing the usb cable is not recognised printer port no problem and my printer is not connected with network cable and explain the situation and booked the engineer , and he came check that issue and he open his pc and check from the issues how solve and he couldn't fix and he told me the windows problem not the printer issues , same thing i informed them before the engineer booked , after that he gone with internet issues pages not fixed i ask them i told you before my issues with the printer if not find yourself you need to refund the money , but he saying they can't with out knowledge they are cheating money for call out from the customers i inform them i will put the review for this don't go threw them you will loose the money
