Almost nothing on their site available
I do not like chocolate, strawberry or vanilla flavours and wanted to buy individual sachets of all other flavours. The site kept falling over and reducing my choices to 0 with the message that there was an item that wasn’t available.
After a messaging conversation with a polite but unintelligent person which lasted over an hour, I was no further forward.
Eventually I discovered by myself that the only thing on their whole site that was available for sale was a package which contained chocolate, strawberry and vanilla flavours. Could my messaging conversationalist not just have told me that?

Good evening, I'm sorry to hear of your experience. Looking at your order it looks like it was the default 2 week plan which is a set plan which cannot be amended. The flavours are all selected for you. You can return the flavours you don't want and we can exchange for alternatives. If you would like to do that please drop us an email on hi@dietnow.com and we can send over instructions on how to do that. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
