Slow but steady progress. Most drinks are nice with the exception of very few flavours but different people different tastes, i guess!

Great results
Quick delivery and great choice of flavours.I ve just completed week one. I had 3 shakes a day for 6 days then day 7 , shakes and a main meal and lost 8lbs.Also started walking in the same week ,1-2 miles a day.Combination of exercise and shakes works for me.Highly recommend Diet Now shakes.
