I'm sorry that the shakes are not to your taste. However, they are meant to be made with 250mls of skimmed milk and not water.

Very tasty shakes. They are good meal supplements as even if you do eat, you immediately feel full up before or during meal consumption. It's a good product. Would buy again

Day 3, shakes taste lovely, I have not been hungry, I'm having 2 shakes 1 bar and 1 meal at evening time
