Terrible service
Terrible service
Delivery was posted as 2-5 days
On the 4th day I called to see what was happening as I was on site on Monday
It turned up on the Friday in a box
When I opened the box on site it had 5 reels instead of 6
I emailed to complain and they said they knew they were short, sent it anyway and never said anything and if I wanted the money for the 1 missing returned to my card
The incompetence of the whole process from order to delivery and not letting the customer know is unreal and I don’t know how anyone would use them as I had to source the missing item from another company and an extra day going back to site

Unfortunately, your order was dispatched one roll short of the quantity ordered. More importantly, this should have been communicated to you prior to dispatch so that you were aware and could make alternative arrangements if necessary.
We have raised an internal investigation to establish why this information was not communicated to you at the appropriate time, as this falls below the level of service we expect to provide our customers.
A refund for the missing roll has now been issued back to your original payment method.
We appreciate the additional inconvenience this caused, particularly as you then had to source the missing item elsewhere and return to site. Please accept our sincere apologies for the way this order was handled.
