Easy to order products which were competitively priced. Kept informed about dispatch and delivery day. The short video link about how to use the product was helpful.

Doretech got 5 stars and Dpd lost one of them for missing the day and the package clearly had been to a football match.
Contents hadn't suffered as it was foam backer rod but anything else might have. The urban myth that good companies are let down by lack lustre delivery firms rang true here.

We’re sorry DPD knocked one off the final score – and it certainly sounds like your parcel had quite the journey before reaching you! We completely understand your concerns regarding the condition it arrived in and will ensure your feedback is passed on.
Thankfully, the foam backer rod survived its unexpected football match unscathed! ⚽📦

Good Morning,
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
Unfortunately, DPD do not always notify us when a parcel has been damaged in transit. In these circumstances, the damaged goods are subsequently returned to us by the courier.
Once the returned goods were received and processed, a full refund for your order was automatically issued on 13th August.
We apologise that you were not made aware of the damage sooner and understand the frustration this may have caused.
