Replacement filters
Easy ordering process for Ebac replacement filters for dehumidifier series 4000. Perfect for my needs.
Delivery took a while, as courier stated they couldn't deliver on the date I was given, due to problems. Not ideal when I've paid for the delivery.

I'm really happy with my Ebac…
I'm really happy with my Ebac dehumidifier, works as advertised. I've had huge problems with mould and condensation in my flat, especially in autumn and winter months, and after a couple of days of having the dehumidifier on, the difference is night and day. It's not too loud, it's easy to use and it gets the job done. I've had it for almost a month now and so far so good, would recommend it!

I purchased a third dehumidifier for the grooming room…
I purchased a third dehumidifier for our grooming room as we have 8 dogs and they need bathing regularly so it gets a large amount of condensation on the walls and if not treated it turns to black mold. I find the humidifier clears the moisture in hours and leaves the room nice and warm and smelling fresh.

Very easy set up and control
Very easy set up and control. Super efficient at extracting water from our flat after a leaking roof. Two fan settings mean we can make it less noisy when we're in the room; it doesn't set off my tinnitus. Very happy with purchase, thank you.

AWM86D2-WH - do not buy this machine
I am no further forward with the British manufacturer Ebac, no after service, they sell these machines with a 7 year part and labour warranty yet they are asking for £129 for a call out to a new machine that doesn't wash, it doesn't spin and it has wrecked my utility floor with vibrations. Read the reviews from the lowest ratings.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry to hear about your experience and the concerns you have raised regarding your AWM86D2 washing machine.
We would like to reassure you that your appliance is supplied with a 7-year parts and labour warranty, and if a fault is identified with the machine, any required repair would of course be carried out under this warranty.
The £129 call-out charge mentioned previously only applies if an engineer attends and the appliance is found to be operating correctly with no fault present. This is standard practice and would not apply if the engineer identifies a genuine issue with the machine.
Our intention is to resolve this matter for you as quickly as possible, and we would still be very happy to arrange for an engineer to attend and assess the appliance. This visit will allow us to properly investigate the wash and spin concerns you have described.
Please reply to our previous correspondence or contact our customer support team so we can arrange the visit and work towards resolving this for you.

The humidifier is not what is says it…
The humidifier is not what is says it is. Levels are uncontrollable and it just heats the room up. Useless for me with copd.
UPDATE I contacted Ebac and have now retired the machine and received a full refund.

The humidity levels will naturally adjust to the surrounding environment, and the unit may emit a small amount of warmth (usually around a 1–2°C difference). This can occur as the device works to manage moisture in the air, which may make the room feel slightly warmer during operation.
Depending on the model, you can also set a specific humidity level. For example, on the 4000 Series you can set the target humidity

dealing with damp issues
I recently spoke to a work colleague
about damp issues in our house.
he suggested a dehumidifier,and ebac was what he had.so looked online,and noticed they had 5 years warranty.delivery was prompt,and the dehumidifier quickly started with the
damp issues.i can’t believe how much water it’s collecting.very impressive.
