Clogs return for refund
I returned my clogs as they didn’t fit and I still haven’t received any refund. I would hesitate to recommend this firm!

Disappointed
I purchased 3 pairs of boots last year from this company and was very pleased with them and looking forward to wearing them again this winter but the shoes recently received were not suitable for my needs as there was insufficient support in them during walking. I have not returned them as I did wear them for a couple of walks to try them out I will not reorder. The ordering and delivery service was very efficient.

Ordered both shoes and foot massager. Shoes arrived quite quickly but the massager took a little longer. I'm happy with both products and would be happy to purchase from Elena Claire again.

This is my third pair of Mary Jane shoes. They are so comfortable and hard wearing. It would be good to have spare insoles for when the originals are washed.

2 for 1 offer.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for the price of one, I have to say they were great! But I had to send them back as they weren’t quite big enough. The replacements were perfect! Thank you very much.
