Poor delivery

I will edit my review,
Fedex has given 3 different reasons for why I can not receive my package. But take normal delivery, any fast delivery you will pay ER and fedex an additional amount, it's not random like suggest on their website.

One of my two packages arrived quality is good.

can't even review the product as I didn't receive it, their delivery team is asking for over 120 EUROS in delivery fee and ER thinks its normal for me to pay extra when I am paying for early delivery. feels like a scam. avoid this service.

The additional fee you were asked to pay wasn’t charged by us. Those are customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country, and unfortunately, they're out of our control. As the recipient, you're responsible for covering those fees, which is standard for international orders.

Missing upfront custom tax information

The company claimed free shipping on my GBP invoice but said nothing about custom taxes. Subsequently, I got a FedEx custom tax invoice for slightly under 20% of the invoice amount. I subsequently checked, and they mention this on the help/shipping part of their website but should also emphasise it as part of their ordering process for goods to the UK and on their invoice. Not doing so is misleading. I will not be ordering anything else from them.

Got scammed

Got scammed. My order never arrived.
No refunds. And they said it's my fault to not pay extra for "premium" shipping.
They never procent they send aby package to me.
They still operate.
WTF ...

Novice entering the world

I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to BDSM so I'm starting to build my gear collection. I really like the quality and variety of products. I have had really good experiences with shipping arriving exactly when expected. The quality of products that I have received has been very good and I really enjoy using them. Customer service abroad.

I live in Spain, when I ordered it got quickly processed and sent however because of importing issues with the Spanish laws it got sent back because one of the items I ordered exceeded a certain limit, the store handled the issue professionally tho sending me the order again and giving me credit for they're store on than one item.

In conclusion, great customer service.

I would recommend this shop to any one that lives abroad and wants a shop they can get easily in touch with in case anything happens or if they have any questions.

Got my Zeus Electrosex Bullet on time…

Got my Zeus Electrosex Bullet on time as promised. Problem is that the bullet jack is not compatible with my standard TENS unit output pins. Company should realize this and advise customers in advance that they need to also purchase the connection adaptor. So, waiting for the company to contact me regarding the jack so I can use what I purchased

Money thieves!

I didn’t realise I was ordering from USA so i contacted them for a refund as I cannot afford this big fake c*ck that I bought! But the bastards don’t wanna give me my money back, only stupid store credit which is a bunch of stupid rules and crap they try to trick you with! F’ing liars!

I don’t recommend extreme restraints to anyone! They take your money and f you over even if you make a mistake! I hope the company fails as a whole.

I’m a big fan

Great experience every time I’ve ordered from Extreme Restraints. The toys have been quality and usually come even quicker than estimated. One order never showed up, and their customer service was super responsive and figured it out for me pretty quick.

Do not buy from this company if you…

Do not buy from this company if you live in any country other than the states. Duty fees (which are never mentioned) and shipping make it not worth it, and they are very very misleading in their website, as there products are listed in your local currency, but the total shows in USD (without clearly identifying the change in currency - particularity misleading for Canadian buyers).

Useless customer service

Useless customer service. Package delayed over a month. Company is refusing to credit until package actually arrives. So as a consumer, I would have to waist more time, waiting for package while my money being held, then waisting more time to contact the company again, waisting more time by going to post office to send the package back that was extremely late. Customer service reps just keep repeating same thing, with no resolution. Absolutely useless customer service. And this is after literally spending thousands of dollars with this company. Never again.

International Shipment

My order got, presumably, stuck in customs. When I contact support for help, they claim that it is my responsibility to call customs to sort it out. This had never happened to me with another foreign retailer. I understand if I need to pay extra import tariffs, but not complete the import process myself. Come on!

My order got hung up in transit for…

My order got hung up in transit for weeks with no sign it would ever make it here. NOT their fault. They were very prompt in responding to the issue, and for a very small shipping fee, re-sent the entire order with no charge for the product. More than fair given it was a postal issue, not their fault.

My wife bought an expensive toy from another retailer and it lasted for one use. And then they hassled us and wouldn’t stand behind their product.
