Great Service and selection
I found Extreme Restraints by accident while looking for something else online. Their selection and quality has been excellent along with their fast and discrete shipping. I had an issue with my last order and called Wyatt in customer service, he was professional and helped me out quickly. They have a definite long term customer with me.

XR always offers quality products at a great price. I have been a loyal customer since I first discovered them. I look forward to their weekly (every Tuesday) newsletter highlighting what's on sale and offering exclusive deals. Every single product (and there is several hundred dollars worth at this point) I have ordered has come discreetly and oftentimes far faster than I would have guessed. Great Company
Order was shipped and received on time. Had an issue with the carrier handling of my packages but they resolved the issue quickly. My customer services rep Wyatt went over and beyond to resolve the issue. Wyatt was extremely nice and helpful. Will be purchasing from this company again.

They don't care about their customers
This company stole my money. They refused to cancel my order and said I am forced to buy it. The item never arrived, so they cheated me twice. Don't know how these crooks are allowed to operate. Tell everyone to never spend money on these thieves ever.

Wyatt is the Man
Wyatt is one of the best customer service people I have dealt with. Knowledgeable, kind, thorough, efficient, and utterly helpful. This is the second time I ordered from extreme restraints and they have a great selection, good pricing and something you never find any where anymore - great customer service. And the top (not talking kink now) is Wyatt. I will continue to buy from extreme restraints simply based on the service Wyatt provides.
