I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping
I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. I was initialy given the wrong tracking information. Then during chat session was ignored as to what my issue was and was given the new information while being told the information is private after I provided the order number and I was already signed in. No remedy was offered. Then To top it off asked to give a very specific good review for a friendly chat person that is almost a bot. Been six days now and item is scheduled to arrive on day 10.

The product came in not working
The product came in not working, I was told to dispose of it and a replacement would be shipped. When the replacement arrived it didn't work. So I contacted the company again. I was told that a inquiry into the issue would be opened. I received a response and come to find out the manufacturer shipped the item with faulty batteries. I was told to buy new batteries. I was told I would be receiving store credit, never got it. I inquired and the rep acted like it never happened even though I has it in writing.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Found the same product on a different website from the same manufacturer for $10 cheaper. Asked extreme restraints about a price match but company policy says no, which is understandable. Did not try to resolve matter with a future coupon, which would have been acceptable but again still explain company policy against price match. See If you can find the same product on a different website for a lower price. Also got first name wrong and email response.

Worst company to do business with.
The order I placed with these people was shipped out on the 12th today is the 27th and it just arrived the reason for the delay is they are choosing slow shipping methods in order to save money and place the customer at inconvenience after a week I contacted a member of their customer service team and told him that I have not received the order and to cancel this order and return it back to them by the carrier they have selected to deliver, instead I did not receive any money back and after another week went by it got delivered 15 days in transit total, this company has poor customer service, and they use the cheapest means of shipping in order to save themselves as much money as possible with no regards to the customer waiting for what they have paid for.
