Should have looked at the reviews on here before buying from these guys.

"Contact us" options is email, what's app or call them.

They don't answer their phones, and it takes them 4+ hours to reply via what's app.

The period of which they " are available by what's app is 10:00-13:00 which is also a bit of a joke.

All the reviews talking about their back order process are pretty much on the money with my experience here.

Avoid if you're in a hurry and got work to do.

Ordered a part they emailed immediately saying the part had been put on a 6/10 day back order, I requested cancellation and received an immediate reply stating the item had been dispatched..trouble is I ordered from somewhere else after they informed me that it was on a 6/10 day back order.. not good won’t use again

I needed a QT cistern washer for my Ideal Standard Toilet which was leaking. I paid extra for the 24 hr delivery and the part was promptly delivered early the next afternoon ensuring my toilet was quickly fixed. Mine is a modern house so has four toilets so I placed an order for some spares for any future leaks and even using the standard postage the parts were delivered within 48hrs. Very happy with the quick and prompt service I have received from this company, Fix The Bog and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing parts I need. Thank you.

Ordered came 2 days later- excellent

Definitely I don't recommend this this ,I paid extra money for fast delivery 2 to 3 working days after 4 days I contacted them to find out where is my order . I have been told 6 to 10 working days. Really dodge company

Avoid at all costs!! Ordered two parts on the same day. One was received (cheaper part) and one wasn’t. They said to wait a couple more days which I did. But now they have ghosted me, not answering emails, messages, calls. Scam company stay away!

Bad service only partially refunded with a nonsense excuse! Will take this legal!

Order a shower part only a small plastic bracket, paid for next day delivery four days later NO part , NO reply to emails. A waste of space GO else where.

Ordered part took 9 days then once it’s delivered it’s other side of country not to my address I’ve phoned ; WhatsApp and emailed no response absolutely stay clear scam company

Very helpful with identifying the part needed for the toilet. Quick delivery and part was exactly what was needed.

Good prices. Stuff came the next day. Can't understand the bad reviews.

Scam company be aware

Ordered a part for my toilet cistern 2 weeks ago.
The order was due to arrive 6 - 10 days.
Haven't had any communication since placing the order.
Tried to call the telephone number on the invoice and received no response.
Also sent an email
Can someone please get in touch and tell me what is going on.
This site needs to be removed from the Internet.

I have ordered a part for my toilet and need to return it, no one is getting back to me on how to do this! there is no way to return !!! Olivia Initially offered to help me but now she does not get back to me and all she does is ignore me, terrible service !! (i wanted to exchange sent her pictures of the part needed and blanked )

Customer Service is inexistent. Website is misleading. I had to involve PayPal to get my money back (and I got it through PayPal).

My experience: I needed to replace the flush plate of my cistern that was broken. I saw on the FixTheBog website the flush plate that I needed. That included the title, specification and picture. There was a note saying that the item was discontinued with a link to another webpage, which showed exactly the same item in the picture (I have screenshots). Reassured, I placed an order. The confirmation email clearly stated what I ordered and what the website said. The item I received was not what I ordered. I contacted Customer Services and it took a whole week to get a response claiming that I received the correct item. I replied and never got a response from them. I raised a dispute with PayPal who they obviously decided in my favour, given the facts, and I got my money back (after I returned the item).
The issue is the exceptionally bad Customer Service and misleading website. Had I not used PayPal (or credit card) I am not sure if I would have managed to get my money back.
I should have checked the numerous bad reviews on Trustpilot and never placed an order with a Company like that.

Ordered a part for a shower online.Got email confirmation saying the part was being shipped the next day. Heard nothing for a week. Tried to call company, no body answers has some pathetic WhatsApp robot answering messages. Still haven't heard back from them after asking for a refund!
DO NOT order anything from this company.

at last a plumbing company that understands the industry if you are looking for new or old dated parts this is the place to look highly recommended

Unfortunately I do agree with all negative reviews.
Paid for next day delivery and minutes later an email came saying they don't have a part. Sorry to hear, but that's how this company works. Emails ignored, phone not working and etc Finally, after 6 weeks of original order I've received a part.
Not sure who can be happy with such a service.

On-line purchase from fix the bog, Roca D2D flush valve. when undoing the 2 sections a large piece of plastic broke off the lower of the 2 parts. Contacted f-t-b, concerning poor quality goods, they kept sending emails requesting additional details, all a bit attritional. Very poor customer service, wont use again

My experience was very good. It was one of the only places I could find the part and at a good price. I received it very quickly
