5 weeks for a refund
I returned an item 1st December, it was received by fixthebog 4th Dec. Long story short...5 or 6 unanswered emails before getting an auto response 3rd January. Finally replied yesterday apologising and refund complete. 5 weeks to get a refund isn't good enough. If they aren't replying..keep sending as they do eventually issue refunds

Appalling customer services
I purchased a Ideal Standard Active Bath 1 x Original Tap Cartridge pair 1 x red, 1 x blue 3/4 inch x 18 x 59mm NTC A961010NU on 10/10/23 and instead of receiving a pair of catridges, i received only one. I have written to customer services 3 times (16/10/23, 25/10/23 and 07/11/23) asking why this was the case and i am still waiting for a response to my query. Each time I have received three standard emails stating that my query would be responded to within 72 hours. I am still waiting for a response more than 30 days later.

Ordered a replacement part that should have clipped in place to fix the loo without removing it entirely from the wall. The site said 4 in stock, and last few remaining. Paid extra for rapid delivery. However what turned up was utterly different part which needed a full disassembly. With a note saying this would be required. And that I would therefore need a new washer. And that this could be ordered. I had to call a plumber to fit this, very expensive as a result. Complained. Customer services denied that their website said they had any, claiming it said a substitute would be sent. Liars. I have photos of the website. Refused to do anything to help or compensate me. Never ever buy from this fraudulent company
Beware-Rip-off company-refund never paid
Would warn against ordering from this website. Please be very careful. I returned a part-kept the proof of posting-and still they never issued the refund. Fortunately my order was through Amazon and Amazon arranged to refund me as a gesture of goodwill and great customer service. I will never use this company again and would not wish others to be ripped off either-try somewhere else.

Joke of a company
Joke of a company, offer next day delivery but when it takes 3 days to arrive they then say that’s their next day service??? The customer care is terrible and it took an ongoing battle to get a refund but they still only refunded a partial amount. Avoid at all costs.
Fast delivery, however mislead me into buying unnecessary parts.no response from customer service.
I ordered a toilet cistern replacement part online,their website recommended a washer to go with it, therefore mislead me into thinking I needed it, so purchased that as well. Part received but already has the washer attached so really didn't need to buy an extra one. I also emailed them a query about compatibility of an inlet valve replacement. In good faith hoping they would reply before item shipped, I bought it believing they would change my order if needed. 3 days later still no response to my original query and my follow up email.They only positives were fast postage and they sent exact replacement parts, but I had to gamble and discover this for myself as their customer service/ is not fit for purpose.

Sold the complete wrong part for my cistern
Ordered a specific concealed flush for our toilet to be told that it was no longer available and they gave me a reference number of a spare part and told me this was the replacement for the part I needed. I ordered this part and paid a plumber to try and fit it but it was the wrong part - they argued that it was the correct part despite it not physically fitting! A Geberit engineer confirmed that it was the wrong part for our cistern - a fact they didn’t check as the original part fitted into a few different cisterns and they presumed we had a different cistern to which we actually have. By their silence and the fact they only communicate twice weekly I’m presuming they aren’t going to refund me! - I’m still waiting so be very sure of what your ordering from them as difficult to get a refund.
Got my spare part from another firm without incident.

One of two items arrived in time. The second, linked item, is lost somewhere and Fixthebog have gone silent on me. The landline office number is not answered; the Livechat isn't live and the helpful woman who couldn't resolve or escalate the problem seems to have disappeared. Pity after it all started so well.
