Bought an Aqualisa shower controller from fixthebog and subsequently found out that it was actually the pump that was required. When I read the reviews I thought I was going to issues returning it.
Emailed the company and had a response from Jo who told me how to return the product. I completed the return as advised and had my refund this morning. So sending the return and receiving payment in under a week!! Great job Jo and fixthebog!! Unfortunately they didn't have a pump in stock otherwise I would have bought it from them!!

Ordered item on 4/12/21 still no delivery spent more time chasing this up than it would take to do the job it's running into 12 days all I'm told that it's the Royal mail fault,been to my sorting office this morning and was told 2nd class mail is now between 1-5 days due to Xmas time I have been waiting nearly 12 days these incidents of online shopping are not worth the stress

Hard to speak to someone, but used the online chat and spoke to Emma who was great and sorted problem out quickly, even providing her mobile number so I could send photos after all other attempts to contact the company failed.

If the product you order is in good condition and the right one for your needs I am sure you would give them a 5 star review. If not, however, you will probably have great difficulty in getting a refund. I urge you to persist. My many emails asking when I would receive my refund for goods they authorised me to return were ignored for over three months. I informed them I was taking them to the Small Claims Court. I have just received the £85 owed to me. Do not let them get away with their unethical, shabby practice.

Ordered one part but FTB delivered an alternative part without any prior notification and obviously not the part I had ordered or wanted. Calling Customer Service is pointless as they are still relying on the now lame and lazy COVID excuse not to answer the phones and sending an email is also pointless as they will not answer. I am now stuck with a £50 part that I didn’t order but am reluctant to return (at my expense) as, from reading previous reviews, I will not receive a refund. Their ordering and delivery process is excellent but, if you have a problem (wrong item sent), you will not be able to communicate with them and will have to send the item back and keep your fingers crossed that you will get a refund. Don’t order from FTB, as if they send the wrong item and if you send it back (at your expense), you will not be refunded.

Emailed to say stock levels were incorrect and gave later date . Then another later date which then offered a refund , refund did take about 5 days & two emails but to be fair it’s tough times all round in the industry and I would use them again as and when needed .
