I ordered spare parts from the company in 20 May 21 - cost of spares taken immediately (normal). However, not received goods. I have rang at least 6 times sent 5 emails but had no response. Their message was send email and we will respond within 48 hrs!! Still no response- very disappointed.

This company is appalling
This company is appalling. It is using COVID as an excuse not to answer phone calls. Judging by reviews if you get the product you need and it is not faulty then all is well. But if, like me, you are authorised a return, which I have proof of delivery for, they keep that AND your money. I have emailed numerous times and received and received absolutely no response. I will be pursuing through the smaller claim court and hope they are swamped with claimants. Shoddy company.

Appalling customer service. Appreciating that due to covid there might by administrative delays I would still expect much better communication. Having taken several weeks trying to get a response regarding returning an item I eventually got a reply and authorisation to return together with a post paid return label. I duly returned the item and, 6 weeks later, am still waiting for my refund. Have made numerous attempts to contact them by various means, but heard absolutely nothing.
USE THIS COMPANY ONLY IF YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.

Bought a 3 port valve for my C/H
Bought a 3 port valve for my C/H, it failed within the 3 year warranty. They sent me a prepaid returns so I sent it back over 2 weeks ago, now they will not respond at all to any email or messages left. They are trying to scam me out of my £38, we will see. You have been warned, read all the reviews on here. Trading Standards here we come.

Trading Standards are a waste of time don't bother, use Small Claims, worked for me.

Appalling Customer Care
Prompt delivery of faulty Hozelock Sprayers. Appalling Customer care. I ordered 3 Hozelock Sprayers, 1 was missing a part the other 2 were faulty. My first enquiry was acknowledged but they did not follow up on their promise to send the missing part or investigate the reason behind the 2 faulty sprayers. All my e mails requesting action have been ignored.

Absolute joke this company. order lost or damaged somewhere in the royal mail system and they won't chase up or track it down. Now opened PayPal dispute to claw my money back. Rubbish customer service. First and last time with the company and won't be recommending to anyone.
They have everything
Appear to have everything you might need to fix toilets. I bought a couple of parts for Ideal Standard toilet to fix the tank to the loo and arrives within 48 hours. Decent price as well

The Website said explicitly that the bottom entry value was for an Armitage Shanks Tiffany 1775.
It was not. The feed pipe was 4mm too short and the silencer was on the wrong side and fouled with the tank walls.
I checked the dimensions on both my Tiffany toilets (the valves were supplied by Armitage Shanks). They both have 1/2" by 2" feed pipes.
They promised a "full refund" but I never got a full refund - I was out of pocket by £5.50 for their mistake. All I wanted was a retrofit item.
Ideal Standard confirmed that the Shank on a Tiffany 1775 should be 2" and NOT 1 7/8".
If they tell you something will fit, do not trust them, and, if it does not - you will not get a full refund.

deceptive advertising and scam. The images and product offered is not that they have sent. I'had to pay the postage to return the wrong product and they dont refund me the money. Its the worst online transaction that I've ever had in 10 years. I advise to you don't buy anything with them
