Excellent service

Excellent service. They contacted me for more info and a couple of pictures to ensure I ordered the correct model to save on the hassle of returns. Once this was sorted the dispatch was super quick.

Let down again

Once again they have taken our money and let us pay extra for next day delivery then an hour later telling us its now not in stock and will have to wait 6-10 days !!

I recently purchased a part from this company, the delivery driver left it by my letterbox (I live in a flat) in a public place and it was stolen, as soon as I reported this to the company they have stopped replying to my emails.
Don’t buy anything from this company.

Hard to find parts for my Ideal Standard…

Hard to find parts for my Ideal Standard toilet seat, priced competitively and delivered within 3 days.

The order details online didn't update from "Being picked and packed" after the order was placed (was still showing that status after I received the parts), which caused me a little concern, hence removal one star. As others have pointed out, their customer service should be improved.

I'm delighted with the parts, packed well and received in great condition.

Excellent service.

I ordered late (15:00) on Friday and the part arrived at 13:00 on Saturday! FTB must have turned the order around immediately in order to dispatch it in time. Also the price was excellent and it was well worth the extra tenner for next day delivery, I was able to repair my customer's shower on Sunday rather than the Tuesday I told them to expect.
Communication was excellent too, I'd definitely use them again.

Had my doubts but proven wrong

Was dubious based on the reviews but after trying and failing twice with Amazon, I figured give it a shot. Less than 2 days later the correct product arrived. Thrilled to finally have this problem resolved.

Fast and Efficient

Fast and Efficient. Our Aqualisa Shower broke down on Monday and surfed the net as no replacement or spares locally. Found Fix the Bog and took a chance as they had the engine I needed. I paid the little extra charge for 1 to 3 day delivery and arrived by midday Tuesday. Shower then up and running again within the hour. Would recommend and use again.

Olivia provided excellent service

It seems by looking through the reviews I am not the only one who has experienced excellent customer service from Olivia. As with other customers she stayed in touch giving sound advice regarding my shower problem with each email. She was brilliant!

Outstanding Customer Service

I recently spent a couple of days without success searching the internet for details of a very specific WC pneumatic flush valve. We had no clue of anything other than the dimensions it had to comply with. I emailed fixthebog in desperation, having completely run out of ideas. The thought of potentially having to replace the WC, cistern and potentially the vanity style unit it was all built into, was starting to look like a possibility. The Fixthebog website clearly states that emails are answered in the order they arrive, and you may have to wait to get a reply, but as I've said I was pretty much out of options.

Within a day or so I received a reply from Olivia. Without doubt saved the day, and potentially my job. She was good enough to take it upon herself to go through fixthebog's stock of flush vales with a tape measure, to find the one that met our specific dimensional requirements. I had approached other suppliers by email asking for help, but non of the others bothered replying, only Olivia.

Thank you Olivia for caring enough to go the extra mile for your customers, it's greatly appreciated.

Excellent Customer Service

Fix The Bog should be proud of having Olivia as an employee. Since yesterday and today she went out of her way and beyond to help finding the correct toilet seat, for my bathroom that was installed 16 years ago. Olivia kept emailing me asking to look for numbers, inscription etc… and requested loads of pictures of the toilet. And finally she found it and sent me a link how to order the correct seat. I am so grateful for her help and her excellent dedication to help a customer in need, having spent three days searching online.

I ordered a garden tap it was supposed…

I ordered a garden tap it was supposed to be delivered by every item never arrived although evry said they had delivered but no photos.asked for refund from fixthebog after several emails I eventually was refunded for the tap but not the postage.this company's customer service is none existent do not buy from them. Total shambles

DO NOT ORDER FROM FIX THE BOG!!!! Ordered four hoselock products and paid for next day delivery to then get a email telling me that they could not deliver next day, as it was a mistake. The option given was sending it out by another company or refund so 10mins after email was sent I responded saying I will have a refund. Got no response so I ordered from another company to then be told that they had sent it out and I could return it. Two weeks later of no one answering my 8 emails and don’t even get me started on the phone number which doesn’t work. I now get email saying that I can have a refund but I need to pay to send it back. So I’m out nearly £150!!!!

Didn’t fix the bog

I ordered a flush mechanism for my toilet as advertised on the website 19th January 2024. The order confirmation showed to the part I had ordered with the details of same. When the goods arrived they were not what I ordered. I contacted Fixthebog for an explanation and was advised that the part I had ordered was no longer available and this was their alternative. They also advised it would need a plumber to fit as opposed to the part that I ordered which I could fix myself. I advised them I was returning the goods. They advised me to use recorded delivery to ensure I was certain the goods had been returned to them. They would only raise a credit when the goods were returned. It cost me £9.00 to return the unsolicited goods sent.I gave them about a week and then sent them proof of receipt of my return. They advised me that they would raise a credit. This was the 4th Feb 2024. I have still not received my credit (8th March 2024). When I chased it after a week or so I was told it could take up to 30 days to appear on my statement. I rechecked on the 7th March to be told that there had been an error made when the credit was raised and another had now been raised which should appear in my account in 2 to 5 days.
Fix the bog are a very poor organisation to deal with and appear more interested in making money than serving customers. They are focusing on cashflow by getting you to pay instantly and making you wait as long as possible to get your cash back. This kind of behaviour is usually a sign of a company in trouble.
