I recently upgraded to full fibre from copper starting with fleur and after three visits to the house (old cottage set back from road) we were up and running. New speeds are so much better and two weeks later we finally got our land line ported over which is all working well. A couple of minor glitches along the way but promptly rectified.
I wanted to stay with fleur as they have always been helpful should any problem arise. I intend to stay with them and it's so nice speaking to a human at the end of the line!
Reece was extremely helpful with our landline problem which he fixed.
All the team have been a joy to speak to. A rarity in this day and age.

This is my first experience seeking technical support in 7 years
This is my first experience seeking technical help from Fleur. Because of my particular geographic location and the fact that I had experienced a landline failure and then internet issues, meant I was forced to make contact from a layby some distance from my property. Initial email response was poor when I replied as requested. 3 days later technical and sales in that order were outstanding, patient [as I was!] and so excellent that I have extended my contract. I now anticipate further satisfaction following an engineers visit tomorrow! As I have often identified, things do go wrong; it is what happens next which enables us to judge an organisation.

Overall, a good experience
1st operator very short, lacking patience when I was stumbling with answers.
BUT, then I spoke to Matthew Lee, what a charming man. Lots of patience, explaining kindly, and repeatedly if I was stuck. Please don't tell him off for taking a long time...my fault completely. We had some light hearted banter too, but I instigated it. He was very professional and knew his job. Thank you

I have been a Fleur client for several years and needed assistance
I have been a Fleur client for several years now. I have always found them very helpful and they provide an excellent, very reliable broadband connection.
I asked for assistance in removing my no longer required landline connection, and to adjust my monthly payment on the basis of my much reduced usage. I am long retired and not as quick with tech matters as I would like to be. I could not have asked for a more understanding and obliging team. They guided my through the process and virtually held my hand until we had reached a satisfactory conclusion. Thank you Jane and Jermain.

An easy company to deal with.
I have been with Fleur Telecom for at least 10 years after being rejected by other suppliers due to my countryside location. In that time there have only been a few line problems to my property due to storms.
Today Laura has patiently helped me to arrange an upgrade of my analogue line to a digital/optical replacement - including a new hub - and arranged a cheaper and improved contract for the year ahead.
I am pleased to continue using this small UK telecom company on the basis of their ease of contact and good customer service.

A happy customer.
I was concerned about the digital changeover and the rebooting of my router, also my fleur telecom app was not working, kept saying not available. Phoned Fleur telecom and explained these issues, after talking to a couple of their advisors my problems were soon sorted, I cannot fault the Fleur telecom advisors at all and they explained everything to me, I even got a reduction in my monthly bill, well happy, thanks Fleur Telecom.

Excellent Customer Service
I've been with Fleur for over ten years and found their customer service to be excellent, especially on the rare occasions when there has been a technical problem. Phonecalls are answered very quickly.
Reluctantly I've now had to move to another ISP who provides fibre to the home, which Fleur doesn't in my area.
On closing my account I spoke with Matt Turner who was very courteous and helpful.
