I spoke to George this morning. He immediately reported the fault and his customer service was brilliant. It's nice to get someone who treats you well. The thought that came to mind was that I didn't feel as though I had to prove there was a fault before getting it reported!

Excellent Service
I telephoned Fleur this morning because my landline was not working thinking that an engineer would have to visit! I spoke to a very pleasant young man called Khimalli who listened carefully to me, asked if he could put me on hold for a few minutes and I sat and watched as my router lights changed - Khamalli was able to fix my problem while I waited - no engineer visit required. Thank you Khamalli!
