i like the products (db panel 17)…
i like the products (db panel 17) however the boards were a bit too tightly ratchet strapped therefore damaged a few boards and had to make adjustments. Worth keeping that in mind

Service was second to none
Service was second to none. I placed a large, heavy order for acoustic supplies and it was received early next day. Delivery driver was really helpful and communication was great all round. Would definitely use this firm again

All the floor sheets turned up bent…
All the floor sheets turned up bent over and split, I decided to use them anyway as they’re hidden, but really not great considering how much the delivery cost. The sheets themselves seem to be doing the job though.

Overall found them to offer best combination of price + delivery and I literally went through 7 different suppliers! They also provided a delivery window, which was great.

The process of ordering and receiving…
The process of ordering and receiving updates were great.
Now probably not down to Floorscan but the eight boards i ordered all came damaged on the ends.
But as it happens i need to cut around 100mm off the ends to fit the room so i'm still able to use them. but if not i would have been a returns job, hence only giving it a 4. maybe better packaging or change courier.

Our apologies for the damage stated in your review, the nature of the chipboard can sometimes be brittle along edges when being transported nationwide from depot to depot across the pallet line.
Usually, we ask for damages to be refused for a free next-day replacement.

I spoke to the guy at floorscan, and he was very helpful, advise me on what to buy. Which I did, got it delivered and it came early. Great 🤗

I can see you placed an order at 2.27 pm August 15th, which is after our stated 11 am cutoff for deliveries outgoing that day.
By this time the days deliveries had been processed and were already on route to their respective depots.
Therefore, dispatch occurred 16/8/23 with next-day delivery arriving 17/8/23. This was also included in your order delivery notification.
We apologise for any confusion and will revise our site to reflect this.
As it stands, we couldn't have got your materials to you any quicker than we already did when ordering at that time in the afternoon.
