Product was fine as was the price
Product was fine as was the price. Delivery post code was wrong which I contacted them about but still went to the wrong address. Sorted with the delivery company after a bit of explaining.
Probably wouldn’t buy from them again

Dropped in to collect on line order and ask a few questions re: sound deadening for a van. Helpful staff showed me around warehouse and offered some advice. I left after buying more materials and will be back for more. Handy company to have on the doorstep. Will use again.

Not very transparent pricing
Not very transparent pricing, went on the website and wanted to order soundbloc boards, innitially the price is shown with VAT the when you enter the quantity and go to the basket it shows the cost withou VAT, which I unfortunately Informed my client, she was understanding and agreed to pay the VAT price. Then find out I need to pay another £75 delivery or come and collect it from Liverpool! I was to embarrassed to go back and explain this so ended up losing out. I feel the website needs to update the price when your adjusting the quantity you need, not just in the basket withou VAT.

The price does include VAT on the product page and on our shopping ads. We do wish you called us to help process this before placing your order online if you were feeling unclear.
The shipping is £75 ex VAT as the materials ordered weigh 216 kg, therefore, we use a pallet line service which I can see arrived in good time. Please note we do not make any profit from shipping.

Answered the phone after a couple of rings, prices were reasonable compared to other companies. Gave a day for delivery, then time of delivery the day before.
Couldn’t fault the product or service.

Good pricing, quick delivery
After looking around for Tecsound SY50, Floorscan were the cheapest on the product and delivery. Ordered on Bank Holiday Monday, delivered Thursday. Impressive, with great communication via email and text.
