Quality of flooring not the best. Not all uniform in sizes

I’d been messed around by another supplier who claimed they had this product in stock but in actual fact found out they didn’t, only one week after I had ordered. This left me in a desperate situation. Floorscan had this product in stock as advertised and delivered to me next day as promised, with 2 hour slot provided by delivery company. Would highly recommend for transparent transaction and delivery as promised. Thank you

Great, quick, responsive service. Excellent products.

The boards arrived damaged over half had the tongue and groove sections broken and chipped off. Reported to the company as they aren't cheap items and got a shrug of the shoulders response. They were clearly damaged in transit so I would have thought a token gesture of refunding the large carriage cost would have been the minimum offered, but nothing. I am now having to make do and mend something that I paid full retail for. If I wanted the equivalent of second hand boards, I would have bought second hand boards.

Ordered sound proofing M20 sheets and acoustic plasterboard to soundproof adjoining wall. Arrived next day as advertised. Had to collect a few more. Staff member very friendly and very helpful.
