Excellent in store staff, very knowledgeable and helpful when giving advice re choices of products available. Would definitely use this store again; having used it a couple of times previous to this visit as well.

Excellent service, particularly from Simran she displayed excellent customer service skills. Nothing was too much trouble. Can you make sure she give us enough time to look but also enough time for any help if we needed really pleased with the service we got as we purchased a pair of sunglasses. Top work 👍

Good selection and friendly, helpful staff.
Good selection for small branch and advice given by staff member that largest store with full range of stock is located nearby in Derby. I wanted a particular jacket and found it at Burton store and joined the member scheme for £5 to get the best price.

Great member of staff
The girl who served me in your Burton shop went to great lengths to help me in my purchase.
Taking insoles out and trying them with the Ortho Soles I was buying.
She was was helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.

I bought a pair of sandals and two…
I bought a pair of sandals and two loungers, I was told the lounges would be delivered in store. I went to the Burton-on-Trent I was told they had-not been delivered so go to the bank and check payment had been paid! I said no. I was told to ring customer service, I did and I was told the order had been cancelled as there was no stock. I asked to be given a refund which they did.

No problem getting a replacement
Had to return a sun lounger that had damage probably happened during shipment, because the package was very bashed up.however there was no problem getting a replacement,I returned the first one to a local branch.
